Sicuramente da migliorare.
Pros:

La posizione ed il contesto della struttura (giardino gradevole).

Cons:

Rispetto ad altre strutture già visitate, la mancanza quasi totale (eccetto 2 cialde di caffè) di accessori (acqua da bere, tovaglioli piuttosto che uno strofinaccio per asciugarsi le mani, o altri prodotti di pulizia, ridotti all'essenziale) non hanno reso piacevole il soggiorno. Per non tacere del termoarredo del bagno, spento per la prima sera ed al risveglio il giorno successivo.

Access with code locks, so no keys to lose. Street parking. Nice garden.

No cooker hood, so preparing food is not great. Cold in autumn, AC does not help that much.

Porta della doccia che non si chiude
C'è del potenziale,la porta finestra da su un giardino che potrebbe essere meraviglioso,al momento c'è un cancelletto che da sulla strada che non è presente, quindi sempre aperto.
Noi eravamo stati nell' altra residenza a Sarzana ed era magnifica,magari sarebbe bene apportare un po' di manutenzione anche qui

Posizione comoda per il corso che dovevo seguire

Cons:

Ho soggiornato il 25 settembre, giornata freddina e con pioggia. Mancavano le coperte. Ho chiamato alle 21 circa e mi hanno detto che le avrebbero portate l’indomani. Ho dovuto arrangiarmi con qualche vestito in più. Ho chiesto un rimborso almeno parziale ma non ho ancora avuto risposta. Il letto è molto morbido e il cuscino molto alto per i miei gusti.

Poca accoglienza pulizia e servizi scadenti qualità per il riposo deludente i letti sono con materassi sfondati non vengono sostituiti gli asciugamani e riordinata la stanza
