The room was good and I slept very well. The breakfast buffet was minimalistic and leaves room to improve. The online checkin process is cumbersome

The room smelled after smoke... was close to burn my noise. Very bad condition. I will never going there.

This hotel lacks a soul. Poor checkin experience, poor breakfast, elevators that open different ways and you end upon the street and not in the hotel. Poor rooms, sterile and a bit like a prison room to be honest. Genuinely one of the poorest experiences I have had. Not worth the money, my advice is to avoid this hotel, and there are better options locally.

Zentrale Lage, sauber, nette Dame. 70er-Jahre Hotel, Bad war renoviert. Okay für eine Nacht. Was mich sehr gestört hatte, war der ständige Zigarettenrauch überall. Man riecht es am Hoteleingang, im Lift, Treppenhaus und sogar im Zimmer und an der Bettwäsche. Es war definitiv kein Nicht-Raucherzimmer.

Good newly renovated room. Other renovation works was going on during stay but not too noisy.

Ein solides Hotel, leider stark in die Jahre gekommen. Frühstück brauchbar

Ich übernachte oft in der Linde. Grundsätzlich stimmen Preis und Leistung. Was will man mehr, für die paar Stunden schlafen. Dieses mal war das Bad wirklich nicht sauber und es hatte kein Duschtuch.

Ein Hotel mitten im Zentrum von Baden. Sehr saubere Zimmer und Gastfreundlich. Unkomplizierter Check-In Automat Leider sind die Essenspreise ziemlich hoch , entschädigt wird dies aber mit einer genialen Aussicht vom 13. Stock in die Altstadt. Zummerpreis ist top. Bin ich wieder einmal in Baden wird die Linde wieder berücksichtigt

You cannot get a better hotel in baden. The breakfast is not gourmet, but it's healthy and plenty. It's still an old hotel meant for business and serves it's purpose well.

No reception, no english speaker to customer service phone, breakfast and cleaning room definitely not in line with 4 stars hotel.

This hotel is in a great location but the hotel itself is run down and really dated - downstairs where the breakfast is served is an uninviting smoky bar. Frankly depressing. The staff were helpful but spread too thin as another guest has said - so often reception was deserted. We hopped on the bus snd stayed at the aparthotel instead - way nicer and cheaper too.

We were on the 12th floor of this strange tower block hotel with a great view of Baden, but there was no air conditioning and the fan was all floppy so we had to hold it up with a prop. The room was not super clean. There was a kettle but only one cup and one tea bag for two people. When I went to reception for more tea bags the guy on reception was trying to serve a whole bunch of people in the restaurant and forgot about me. Resources are spread too thin. Back to the room: most of the UK channels on the list of available channels to watch did not work. Breakfast was not great. Processed ham and cheese portions on separate plates wrapped with cling film. No one present to serve coffee - had to go and find someone in the restaurant on the floor below. There was no cooked breakfast. My husband asked for scrambled egg and the answer was « No because of Covid ». We could not see the connection between Covid and scrambled egg. Staff were friendly, however.

With decades of experience in a hotel industry this hotel knows very well how to retain customers … you must simply try local bakery product for breakfast. It is super close to city center with many restaurant, only 5 minutes walk from railway station and offers you a premium running scenery nearby with loop of 5 Km.
