We stayed for a night as a stopover. Would have loved to stayed longer and explore the area.
Pros:

Very stylish and comfortable room. We were well looked after. Parking was easy round the back.

Tutto perfetto !
Pros:

Piccola struttura ricavata in un palazzo nobiliare. Camere confortevoli molto ben curate. Ottima qualità del sonno così come la colazione in parte servita al tavolo. Piscina con piccola spa annessa a disposizione degli ospiti. Parcheggio privato gratuito. Noi abbiamo anche cenato gradevolmente nel giardino sul retro del palazzo.

Cons:

Nulla da segnalare, la struttura ed i servizi offerti hanno ampiamente soddisfatto le nostre attese.

Lovely hotel stay if you need to be in the town .
Pros:

Comfortable room , beautiful gardens , stylish decor .
Staff were all super friendly and helpful although spoke little English (& Spanish as well as Portuguese).

Cons:

More than 1 month prior to arrival I requested the sofa bed in the suite to be made up for our arrival I was sharing with my mother.
Upon arrival at 8pm nothing was set up and the manager who confirmed it on email, didn’t remember. When I showed him the email be admitted it him myself.
I was treated like I was asking for something extra last minute when I had requested with ample notice. In the end The manager did ensure it was done which was appreciated.

Vou recomendar aos meus amigos 😃
Pros:

De tudo… o profissionalismo e simpatia do staff ( os rececionistas, as meninas que serviram o pequeno almoço e a senhoras do Housekeeping ) o aproveitamento de um edifício antigo (devo salientar que fizeram um trabalho magnífico de restauro) a limpeza do quarto estava excelente, o pequeno almoço muito bom.

Location great. Quirky hotel with some unhelpful staff
Pros:

Excellent breakfasts

Cons:

Never been to a hotel before where best route to the garden was through the kitchen
6 of us wanted light supper and drinks one night - it was unseasonably cold outside but staff retused to serve us in the dining area where we had breakfast every day. We were forced to go to our bedrooms and get blankets or duvets to put round us outside

O rececionista o Miguel foi mto prestável em todas as questões e atencioso, para que a nossa estadia tenha sido realmente fantástica.
