Rezalet.
Cons:

Sabah saatlerinde odamdan çıkış yaptım ve oda kontrolü sağlandıktan sonra minibar ödememi de yaptım. Ardından 17:35’te otel yetkilisi arkadaşlar beni arayıp hasar durumları oluştuğunu söyledi ve benden ilk önce 600 Euro sonra 400 Euro en sonunda 300 Euro bir tazminat talepleri oldu. Ve bu konuda herhangi bir karşılıklı mutabakata varmadan tamamıyla kendi keyfi idarelerine göre hesabımdan 12.980 TL para çektiler bu en kibar tabirle bir çeşit gasptır. Bana herhangi bir tutanak belirtmeden tamamıyla tek taraflı verdikleri kararla haberim dahi olmadan kredi kartından para çekilmesini çok terbiyesizce buluyorum. Rezillik.

Luxoriöses Hoten mit guter Aussicht, leider außerhalb des Zentrums von Izmir
Pros:

Wir waren in dem Hotel, un den 60. Geburtstag meiner Frau zu feiern. Wir hatte eine Reservierung in einem angrenzenden Restaurant. Das Zimmer war sehr komfortabel und die Aussicht über die Bucht von Izmir hervorragend. Das Frühstücksbüfett war gut und umfangreich.

Cons:

Am Tag zuvor nahmen wir telefonisch Verbindung mit dem Hotel auf, um zu klären wo man sein Auto abstellen kann. Das Hotel antwortete, dass man der Parkservice (VALE) nutzen, aber auch selbst sein Auto abstellen kann. Die Anfahrt zum Hotel war etwas herausfordernd, da es keinerlei Wegweiser gab. Am Hoteleingang angekommen fragten wir das Personal wo sich die Einfahrt der Garage befindet. Wir mussten einmal umkehren und von der andren Seite anfahren. Dort angekommen, gab es wiederum keinerlei Ausschilderung. Ein Sicherheitsposten notierte unser Kfz-Kennzeichen und wir durften einfahren. In der Garage mussten wir feststellen, dass das Hotel die Garage der Shopping Mall benutzt, übervoll und kein Parkplatz. Da wir nicht mit unserem Gepäck über die 3 Ebenen der Tiefgarage herumirren wollten, um den Hoteleingang zu fiinden, verließen wir die Garage und nutzten den VALE-Service. Bei Einchecken fragte ich in welcher Währung meine Kreditkarte belastet wird, und man antwortete mir in Türkischen Lira. Bei Buchung und auch auf der Buchungsbestätigung sah ich nur einen Europreis.
Das Hotel ist quasi in eine Shopping Mall integriert. Um Izmir zu Fuß zu erkunden, ist es zu weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt.
