The hotel was absolutely wonderful. Its location near the shopping center made our stay even more enjoyable, and its proximity to public transportation was a great advantage.
The staff were very professional, courteous, and always quick to respond to our requests. We would especially like to thank Mr. Tufan, who was extremely respectful and helpful. He ensured that all our needs were met and added even more enjoyment to our stay.
We will definitely return and look forward to staying here again.

The hotel is beautiful, the staff are incredible and did everything and more to accommodate us during our stay. Impeccably clean and conveniently situated for transport into the city and across the bay and for shopping with Istinye Park shopping mall on the doorstep offering plenty of places to eat at all levels, both budget and high end.
The bed creaked every time one of us moved, the pillows were hellishly uncomfortable (I think ours were filled with small chunks of foam), the chairs on the balcony are also noisy and uncomfortable and could do with replacing. The pool area is tiny - not a place to swim, but more of a place where you can get in to cool down, or relax on one of the few loungers that are available (without mattresses, so if you have a back issue, I implore you not to use them!). And lastly, the club room.......50 euros per person per day when the club room is open for only 2 hours a day and the offerings are scant is a complete rip off. We have stayed in hotels all over the world and while we have come across clubrooms that charge a similar amount, we have never come across a clubroom that is only open for 2 hours a day. Clubrooms are usually open for 6am to 11pm and offer soft drinks and nibbles all day long, with breakfast, lunch and a happy 'hour' (normally 5 - 7pm) where alcoholic drinks and a buffet style meal is served. Please do not pay for a room with club access, as it's all a little pointless.
