Wunderschönes, sehr sauberes Hotel mit tollem Service – trotz kleiner Schwächen definitiv einen weiteren Besuch wert.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist wirklich wunderschön und hat uns insgesamt sehr begeistert. Schon beim Check-in wurden wir mit Getränken empfangen und konnten erst einmal in Ruhe ankommen. Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich. Besonders positiv ist uns die Security am Eingang aufgefallen – immer freundlich und mit einem Lächeln im Gesicht.

Das gesamte Hotel ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Unser Zimmer mit Meerblick war wunderschön, modern und ebenfalls sehr sauber. Auch der Fitnessbereich ist toll und bietet eine wunderschöne Aussicht. Besonders aufmerksam fanden wir den Service im Spa-Bereich: Ich wurde jedes Mal mit meinem Namen begrüßt, da sich die Mitarbeiter meinen Namen gemerkt hatten. Solche Kleinigkeiten machen den Aufenthalt besonders.

Ein weiterer großer Pluspunkt ist das direkt gegenüberliegende İstinyePark Einkaufszentrum. Dort kann man shoppen, essen gehen, ins Kino gehen und einiges unternehmen.

Trotz der kleinen Kritikpunkte haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und werden definitiv wiederkommen. Insgesamt ein wirklich tolles Hotel!

Cons:

Der Kleiderschrank im Zimmer ist leider sehr unpraktisch, besonders wenn man mit viel Kleidung reist. Es gibt lediglich Platz zum Aufhängen mit etwa 5–7 Kleiderbügeln und zwei kleine Schubladen. Eine richtige Ablagefläche für gefaltete Hosen, Oberteile etc. fehlt komplett. Für zwei Frauen war das tatsächlich eine kleine Katastrophe. 😅 Ansonsten war das Zimmer für uns perfekt.

Der Poolbereich ist wunderschön, allerdings war das Wasser extrem kalt. Selbst bei Temperaturen um die 40 Grad war es uns teilweise zu kalt zum Schwimmen. Auch die Liegen empfanden wir als sehr unbequem. Bei einem Hotel dieser Kategorie hätten wir uns definitiv Auflagen gewünscht.

Außerdem fehlen am Pool richtige Sitzmöglichkeiten. Wir wollten während unseres Urlaubs zwischendurch etwas am Laptop arbeiten, hatten dort aber leider keine geeignete Möglichkeit. Auf Nachfrage, ob wir zumindest ein kleines Kissen bekommen könnten, um bequemer auf den Liegen zu sitzen, wurde dies leider verneint.

Das Hotel selbst liegt etwas außerhalb, sodass man für andere Bereiche der Stadt auf ein Auto oder Taxi angewiesen ist.
