Pros:

I love the whole room. It was spacious, clean and very well equipped. I loved the bathroom which had windows overlooking the room. Cool feature. When I visit again I will definitely book my accommodation here. It was close to the airport and the city centre. Great place.

子連れでも行ける心地のいいホテル
Pros:

小学生幼稚園児1歳児の3人の子供を連れての旅行でしたが、子供達からの評判がかなり良かったです。この安さでバルコニーがついていてベッドも3つ、テレビでyoutubeまで見れてかなり満足でした。洗濯機もついてとても助かりました。

Cons:

外に置いてるものなので仕方ないけど、浴槽がザラザラで汚れていました。

The whole atmosphere of the location. Definitely not recommended for families. No parking. And much MUCH smaller than the picture suggests.

値段が安いのに部屋が綺麗

Cons:

入室方法がわかりづらい。チェックイン時のタブレットで免許証の写真を求められたが撮ることもできずわからなかった。しばらく時間を費やした。
風呂場の照明スイッチがどんなに探してもなくつけたまま寝る羽目になった。
乾燥機が壊れているのか動くけど全く乾かない。
喫煙所がない。
場所が風俗街の中で出歩きにくい。
ベットがキャスター付きで簡単に動く。

歩き回る旅
Pros:

施設内装は比較的綺麗で好印象。
洗濯機と乾燥機があり(洗剤付き)汚い荷物を持ち帰る必要がなく、帰宅後の面倒ごとが減るのは良かった。
また浴室内も比較的綺麗ではあった。

Cons:

ロケーションは風俗街のため良くないが、これは事前にわかっていることなので評価に加味せず記載する。
1番良くないのは見えるとこだけが綺麗である所。
ぱっと見は綺麗だが、至る所で手抜き感が見られる。
浴室のブラインドや窓の縁等で掃除が行き届いていない。
あとはベッドが、動くので良くない。
室内の明るさも暗めの設定のため、化粧などはしづらい印象を受けた。
主要観光地を回るのであれば駅やバス停から少し距離があるので注意。
あとはテレビで見れる、YouTubeなどの接続の遅さが目立つ。
