Pros:

Location is ok. A short walk to shopping centres and restaurants.

Cons:

The rooms are filthy. Sheets had holes and mattresses have dirty stains all over them. My mattress had a blood stain which was disgusting. Cigarette ash in the drawers and butts on the floor along with hair, dust and mould. Wifi is very patchy and almost non-existent. Rooms are very noisy. Bathroom window is just a hole in the wall allowing mosquitos, dust, pollution, and noise to enter the room. Horrible sleep last night as the cleaners (3 teenager boys) were making a loud racket at 2:30 am (yes AM!) in all the rooms next to mine, playing music, laughing and drinking. No one else seems to stay in this hotel. When I told reception, they just laughed and did nothing. I was also overcharged for my room, as the hotel demands a different amount from Booking.com. I was overcharged around 830 rupees and given no receipt! Manager not helpful. Ignored me when I asked for assistance and served other local customers instead. Very rude! I will be following up with Booking.com to demand a full refund.
