Pros:

The staff were very helpful. Hotel was close to underground and train station.

Cons:

The room was too small, also lacking something to sit at. Lighting was bad. Tea / coffee was not replenished during our stay

Lovely hotel and room but so disappointed with the building works opposite
Pros:

I booked suite and it was lovely. Clean and more than we imagined.

Cons:

I was extremely disappointed with spending over £400 a night for a suite to have a loud building site opposite and not being warned about. Sunday morning 8am the banging and shouting was uncalled for. The hotel reception reply was it’s London. We had a weekend in London that ended not the way we expected.

Excellent location right in the center, but still a quiet spot. Breakfast was good, though be prepared for longer wait times when ordering.

Cons:

The room was quite small and cramped, with only a queen-size bed. At check-out, we were incorrectly charged for breakfast even though it was already included in the room price. The issue was corrected after we raised a complaint.

This is my 3rd time staying here and I love the location, style of rooms and very comfy beds

Cons:

I was on the 2nd floor and you could hear loud footsteps and banging doors from above. Also noisy due to building works outside room in street opposite. I also requested an additional bed for my 19 yr old son on the 2nd night and we didn't get any linen for the bed. They just seemed to forget even after asking. Would suggest 3rd floor rooms are quieter and don't want to be facing the street..

Sa décoration, son emplacement

Cons:

Lorsque la chambre du dessus utilisait la douche, cela occasionnait du bruit dans notre chambre à travers la ventilation. De plus, l’eau qui s’écoulait dans les tuyaux résonnait dans notre salle de bain. Pas top pour dormir. Petit déjeuner décevant. Pas grand chose.
