A beautiful hotel, clean & very comfortable
The welcome from the front desk staff was very cold, bordering on rude. However, the housekeeping staff were lovely.
The hotel is very stylish and comfortable, the customer service excellent. The bar areas looked amazing but sadly did not have time to make use of them as we only stayed one night.
The room was rather small but the bathroom lovely and larger than expected.
Sun Street Hotel is less than 5minute walk from Liverpool St. Train and Underground Station. Very convenient to get from Airport and travel around London. Reception team friendly and welcoming. Room clean. What I really liked was that the room was really set up for a good nights sleep. Good black out curtains and sound proof windows. Tasty Breakfast so well set up for the day. Thank you.
