Tiny room, bunk beds not as promised.
Pros:

Room was tiny, bunk beds instead of two twins (res was for queen bed). No blind for window, w lots of light at night. Nice place other than room.

Staff was very nice, hotel was clean, but , we will choose someplace else next time.
Pros:

We didn't eat here, but the hotel was centrally located to many restaurants.

Cons:

The lighting in the room was terrible. Thx God, we had 4 windows that could have light coming in during the day.
The 2 wall lamps gave as much as light as a tiny candle. A hanging lamp over a desk, must have had a 10-watt bulb in it. They would be better off giving a guest a flashlight & have no lamps in the room. We had to actually go into the lobby to read at night, before bed.

Fun New Years stay!
Pros:

The location was great- middle of everywhere we wanted to go.

Cons:

The atmosphere was fun and unique. Property was clean and room was comfortable. The bartender at the bar was extremely nice and attentive. Great customer service and drinks!

Calm, peaceful, friendly and fun
Pros:

I stayed at the Moxy for my wedding event that was taking place downtown Richmond. Every part of my stay was excellent. The room was beautifully decorated, warm and quaint. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and upbeat! I want to give a huge shoutout to Jerome who works valet. He took excellent care of me and my vehicle. He kindly and patiently worked with me explaining the process and assisting me with all my bags and wedding gifts. His warm smile and personality was calming in a moment where I was busy and frantic. lol. Thank you all for a wonderful weekend. I will be sure to stay again!

Unique and fun!
Pros:

Unique and fun stay! Kids played a game of pool while we checked into our room with two bunk beds.
Jerome was super helpful for checkout. It was cold and windy. Jerome quickly retrieved our car and helped us with our bags.
