Escogí este hotel económico por su alberca y la tele para los niños. Fue decepcionante.
Pros:

Nada en particular. La climatización.

Cons:

No se puede usar la alberca. El cuarto y el baño sucio. Los cojines son muy inconfortables y la tele tiene muy mala señal.

Nada! Ni siquiera utilicé el hotel, porque está cerrado, es una estafa. NO RESERVEN CON BOOKING, EL HOTEL ESTÁ CERRADO, NO TE REEMBOLSAN NADA, AL MARCAR TE CUELGAN Y SON LAS PERSONAS MÁS GROSERAS. DE VERDAD NO RESERVEN AHÍ!

Cons:

No me gustó que haya sido una estafa, un robo! Nos permitieron reservar en un hotel cerrado, nos cobraron, no nos quieren reembolsar, el servicio al cliente es pésimo, te cuelgan, no te dan alternativas y además son groseros!

Real customer service they never open to me despite I notified my arrival time

Horrible as they never open the door despite I was knocking several times between 22:30 and 2245 hours. I had to go to another hotel called City Express in chetumal so I want a refund as I never could stay in this hotel. Once there and after several trial knocking,I tried to reach by msgs and by phone marked in booking nevertheless never answered. In in the messages sent by booking you can find that I informed that I would arrived between 23 hoursand midnight last night but they never answered me... So that is why I want a refund because I arrive and I was never attended by them

The floors were not clean. There was hair on the floor and in the shower. The sheets and one towel that was given were threadbear from age. The pool was closed due to maintenance. The only positive is that the air conditioner worked well.

Definitivamente no hay comodidad, muy sucio, pero no el espacio de alberca esta para uso, todo con una apariencia de viejo y muy descuidados, detalles con el agua, baños feos y sucios, sin duda ni regalado me hospedaria en ese lugar.

Llegamos al hotel y estaba cerrado, se veía abandonado, nadie en recepción y me hicieron el cobro en mi tarjeta como si hubiera hecho el check in cuando no lo hice nunca porque estaba cerrado el hotel, hablé por teléfono y nunca contestaron las llamadas, estuve afuera del hotel media hora y estaba apagado todo y cerrado, no atienden ni las llamadas
Tuve que retirarme a conseguir otro lugar para ir a dormir

Pool was completely unswimmable (cloudy, mirky, and smelled). We left immediately since we had booked for the pool. It would have been fine if we were notified in advance but we were not.
