Great hotel in a perfect location
All good, very nice hotel, quiet and clean. The facilities are outstanding, and the breakfast was great.
The only thing I would have changed, is the possibility to have lighter duvet or just bed sheets, as the night got pretty warm even with the aircon at minimum temp.

LOCATION !!! The hotel is amazing, the location is perfect. We reserved two beds and they were a little bit small but nothing really very important, it is that we are used to bigger beds
Amazing hotel
Lovely hotel and staff were very friendly. Service was excellent. The room was well appointed, clean and very comfortable, what you would expect of a 5 star hotel. Only downside was the location - ground floor next to the main road, so a bit noisy in the night with traffic driving over cobbled road.

Excellent breakfast, staff and beautiful room
My only complaint with this hotel is their slow draining shower; flooded the bathroom which I had to mitigate after a long day of travel. I called front desk and told them about it. Sent a nice lady with 2 towels. That’s all the fix we have got. Good thing it was only 2 nights, so I decided to just use up all the towels and bathrobes to deal with the bathroom flooding. Not what i expected to experience in a supposedly 5 star hotel. Otherwise everything else acceptable.
