Staff is really amazing! Super helpful and incredibly kind. They know what hospitality means.

Clean, very comfortable and quiet.
The hotel is located in a business area, just 3 blocks from the world’s top brand boutiques and just 5 minutes from a very big mall. If needed, subway station is 25 meters from the hotel.

We stayed here for 2 nights. rooms are very small for Istanbul standards. I don't like the neighbourhood because only fast food / burger fires in the adjacent mall and our room looked at the mall. why would anyone want to sit on a balcony to look at a mall and other rooms.



That said, the place is perfect overall. I will definitely stay here again.

Rooms are small and they upgraded us to a smaller room with balcony. I would never use a balcony that is starring at a interior mall

Very clean hotel amazing staff

This is a good hotel for a day or two. Other than that, the staff tend to talk about the guests amongst one another.

Great bed comfort and space in junior suite. Overall great experience, a genuine 5 star hotel. Many other hotels in Istanbul star rating not accurate at all.

The hotel staff was welcoming, kind, quick to solve any requests. Loved that the hotel was in the middle of the city with plenty of places to eat, shop, or just explore.

I stayed with my family at The Westin Nisantasi Istanbul for five nights, and it made our first visit to Turkey and Istanbul truly exceptional. The experience was nothing short of pleasant from start to finish.

The staff were incredibly polite, helpful, and accommodating. Room service was outstanding—prompt, thoughtful, and consistent. We received some lovely surprises, such as a bottle of sparkling water and a cake upon arrival, a very kind gesture. Every request we made, whether for extra towels or a shampoo refill, was handled quickly and efficiently. I also appreciated how our requests were logged in the system, ensuring smooth communication between staff.

We were even offered one complimentary buffet breakfast, possibly due to the length of our stay. It was a delightful surprise, and the breakfast itself was excellent, featuring a wide selection of high-quality items.

While I, unfortunately, can't recall the names of every team member who helped us, from the doorkeepers to concierge and cleaning staff, I want to especially thank Mustafa, who assisted us both on the night we arrived and the day we left. He kindly helped with our luggage and arranged a taxi to the airport at a fair rate.

Thank you to everyone at The Westin Nisantasi for making our first time in Istanbul so memorable. I truly hope we have the opportunity to return and stay with you again.

Hotel was beautiful and the staff were extremely helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable, and well decorated too. Did not have a chance to eat their food but will be back for sure.

Great location

The location was excellent, and the room itself was spacious with an extremely comfortable bed. However, there were several disappointments. The towels and robes had visible stains and had to be replaced after we called the front desk. On top of that, the front desk forgot to return our passports at check-in—we had to call twice to get them back, which was unsettling. The room also had peeling wallpaper and some mold in the shower. To make matters worse, there was loud drilling directly above us for multiple days, which made it hard to relax.

Jeg havde en virkelig god oplevelse på The Westin Istanbul Nisantasi. Hotellet er smukt, beliggenheden perfekt, og servicen var helt i top fra start til slut.

En særlig tak skal gå til Hazor og Dervis, som gjorde mit ophold ekstra mindeværdigt.

De var utroligt hjælpsomme, imødekommende og professionelle – virkelig eksempler på fremragende gæsteservice!

Jeg kan varmt anbefale hotellet og glæder mig allerede til at komme tilbage.
