Celebrity Inn

Very clean facility with a friendly staff. A hot breakfast with several items to choose from. Off the beaten path so it was quiet. The rooms were nice and the the beds were comfortable. Indoor and outdoor pools are available. Parking available but a bit small.

I had a reservation for March 24, 2025 until March 26, 2025. We arrived at the place around 3:00 in the afternoon on March 24, 2025. The place was desolate, no life whatsoever, nobody there. I called and called the number and nobody would answer. I left a voice mail and never received a call back. I booked through booking.com and that was a joke, they act like the place is still open and are awaiting my arrival on 3-24-25, today is 4-2-25. Very frustrated at this point and definitely would not waste my time on this one.

I arrived to find there was no one there to greet us. I called the number listed on the door and got no reply. I left a message and told them they better not charge me for something that I could not use. I went to Bransons Best motel andgot a room which I ended up paying more for.

The Lady that does the Breakfast is amazing. Very courteous and does a wonderful job. Hot breakfast.

Staff was very friendly and helpful , very clean and comfortable

We stayed here the last night of our trip after staying at a much pricier place the first 2 nights. I wish we had stayed the whole time here and just gone to the other place for the day to use the water park. It was quiet and clean, and the pool was amazing and much warmer and more comfortable than the water park. My only wish is that they had the extra lock on the doors. It was keypad style only which was very covenant but anytime I am at a hotel I like the extra comfort of the indoor lock and that lock also helps me keep my small one from trying to just open the door and run out. We will likely stay here again, and I have already recommended it to others.

It is on a hill, so they do not have much flat parking. I dropped my older mother near the top so she wasn't walking on a steep hill and in doing that we had no issues. It's not too large of a place to get around.

The biscuits and gravy for breakfast was wonderful and that alone saved us from having to go buy another meal which was nice.

I mainly picked this property because we were bringing our little dog with us and it seemed like the best area for him which it was. Very pet friendly. Our rooms, we had 2, were both clean and beds were very comfortable. I brought my own pillow but didn’t even use it because they have great pillows too. It was freezing cold outside, but our rooms were very warm and cozy on arrival.
The indoor pool and hot tub area was really warm as well and enjoyable.
We loved the keyless entry, the check in and check out by text. Breakfast was good.
Overall we were very pleased and will stay there the next time we go to Branson.

Great location, easy access to get around the hwy 76 congestion.

very clean and easy to check in

The motel is nice. It is an older motel. We never got to check out the breakfast buffet because the notice in our room said it was between 7-9, but every morning it was a full house.
The ceiling floor must be paper thin. We could hear every step/movement/dropped item from above us, so maybe request the top floor.
We had plenty of towels and the tv worked.

People always very courteous

When visiting Branson we will always choose this hotel!
Clean, comfortable, close to everything, good price, much better than average breakfast!
All this with helpful and friendly staff! We Highly recommend the Celebrity Inn!

This was my second time staying at this property and I will list the pros and cons

Pro; nice warm pool and working hot tub. Comfy bed and clean room. Checking in was easy and having a keypad worked well.

Neg: our rm was right in front of smoking area so talking was very loud all day and night. Walls are very thin and could hear everything. The barking dog was enough to make anyone go crazy.

When we first checked in (we had already done the online process) we had to call a number to get a hold of the young couple that ran or owned it.
When we got to our room it was not as clean as facebook reviews had said it was. This an older motel and still needs updating. The coffee pot had not been cleaned, the shower curtains were way too long, the place to hang your clothes was over a desk so your clothes didn’t lay down & just hung over the desk. I put my socks on because I didn’t feel comfortable walking in my bare feet and by the evening they were black on the bottom. The bedsheet kept coming off the bed. There were no extra blankets in the room. The sheets reeked of smoke. The breakfast was good for 2 days & the third day the employee said there were no more eggs & sausage & it went downhill from there. Our hot water would come and go. The manager (we think) did bring us a clean coffee pot.
If the young couple who gave us our key code were the owners, they were nice but they might get more involved in the management of this hotel. We will continue to search for a good clean motel in Branson that doesn’t cost a fortune.

Very nice, pet friendly, easy check in process.

Staff was very nice first off. No complaints. However the property is in desperate need of some work. Room was clean but very outdated and worn. Exterior not much better. The worst problem is the absolute lack of any sound barrier. You hear every step, everything, and everyone. I was just very disappointed especially with all the fantastic reviews.
