Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut, da man durch den Hinterausgang des Hotels direkt in die Altstadt gelangen kann. Die Mitarbeiter waren allesamt sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hatte kein Fenster. Außerdem war Klimaanlage sowie Heizung im Badezimmer nicht individuell zu steuern.

Hotel molto carino e ottima posizione
Pros:

Ottima posizione a due passi dal centro storico. Hotel molto carino con una hall ben arredata e accogliente. Staff disponibile e simpatico.
Camera pulita e sufficentemente spaziosa.
Possibilità di parcheggiare (a pagamento) nella strada dell'hotel ma c'è anche un parcheggio (a pagamento) vicinissimo. Lavanderia self-service all'interno dell'albergo. Apprezzato : le bottigliette d'acqua offerte.

Cons:

Secondo me, manca un bollitore per farsi un tè o una tisana e una macchinetta da caffè in camera.

Cons:

Nota stonata,la ragazza della reception nonostante fossimo ospiti della struttura non ci ha permesso di accedere in modo gratuito alla serata giù nel locale,nonostante eravamo costretti a passarci dall interno,mi sarei aspettato un ingresso incluso e invece ha voluto che pagassimo obbligatoriamente,peccato ma il voto basso é dovuto da questo,mi aspetto più elasticità da un locale a lecce
