Good staff and comfortable stay.
Pros:

Breakfast was made to order and tasty. Staff were great. Front desk very helpful in organizing tours and car for transfer. Coin operated washer and dryer was appreciated. Off season so club and bar not active.

Cons:

Unusual access to rooms. Rooms were a little Spartan. Construction behind hotel made access to Historic Center more difficult. Wish bar and club were active.

Pros:

fantastic location. Just by the edge of the old town with parking upfront while the back gate leads one directly to the old town. modern and clean with a laundry room on site!

Pros:

Location and a la carte breakfast

Cons:

Parking may be a bit tricky (we were quite lucky and found a public parking space at some 50 yards, the cost 60 cents per hour/ mighty hours are free but otherwise it would have been quite inconvenient).

Excelente hotel moderno al lado del centro histórico
Pros:

Es un hotel nuevo, al lado del centro histórico, habitaciones cómodas, luminosas, limpias, el baño grande, el agua caliente una delicia. El personal excelente, muy predispuesto a ayudar Daniele, Lara, Federica, Ilaria de diez. El desayuno abundante. Hay en frente un parking muy práctico. Voy a volver y a recomendarlo!

Pulizia top posizione e colazione perfetti.Gentilissimi di assegnarmi la camera già al mattino appena arrivata dopo un lungo viaggio.

Cons:

Non mi è piaciuto le 100€ di caparra che dovevo dare all’arrivo e poi comunque restituito alla mia partenza visto che avevo già pagato ma poi ho capito il perché👍

Pros:

Die Lage.Nähe zur Altstadt.

Cons:

Waren mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs.Uns wurde nicht gestattet das Fahrrad im Hotelberreich abzustellen,sondern sollten dies im öffentlichen Raum an der Strasse abstellen.
Absolut unverständlich, weil im Innenhof (Aussenbereich) genügend Platz gewesen wäre.
Haben auf unserer 14 tägigen Reise mit keinem Hotel ein Problem mit den Fahrrädern

Comfortable, warm, welcoming and spotlessly clean. A wonderful place to stay.
Pros:

I cannot praise this hotel enough. An absolute gem. My sister and I stayed for just one night. The staff are so friendly, helpful and hard working. We had a beautiful room. The outdoor terrace on the top floor is a perfect place to chill after exploring beautiful Lecce. We had a delicious breakfast before departing. The value for money was incredible. Thank you all at the hotel. Top marks. 🙏
