The room itself was beautifully presented—spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The bed ensured a great night’s sleep, and the thoughtful touches throughout the room made it feel both luxurious and homely.

What truly stood out was the level of service. Every member of staff I encountered was friendly and eager to help, especially Asad on Reception always going the extra mile to ensure we felt valued. Quarto espaçoso e limpo, serviço de quarto eficiente, funcionários prestativos e café da manhã muito bom. Há muitos restaurantes no entorno do hotel e um mercadinho. Andando mais duas quadras abaixo, tem ponto de ônibus.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super, 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der blauen Moschee.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Ich durfte mich auch abends am Kaffeeautomat bedienen.

Cons:

Der Fön war defekt und wurde trotz Reklamation nicht ausgetauscht

Cons:

It was very cold. The air conditioner wasn't heating, and it only got a little warmer when, after two hours and five calls, at least someone from the staff came. The TV didn't work at all; I called five times, but no one answered my calls. They didn't fix anything, and there was no TV.

La ubicación muy buena, la atención del restaurante excelente.

Cons:

La habitación tenía problemas, la ducha no tenía soporte, faltaron frazadas, ya que, las camas individuales estaban en un espacio que solía ser un balcón y estaba adaptada como una terraza techada y era muy fría durante la noche. Las cortinas estaban rotas algunas y no se podían abrir y otra ventana no tenía cortina. Cosas que fácilmente podrían mejorar.

Otel genel olarak çok temizdi, personel güler yüzlü ve yardımcıydı. Konumu da çok iyi, her yere kolay ulaşım sağladım. Tekrar kalmayı düşünürüm.
Oda konforu iyiydi, özellikle yatak rahattı. Kahvaltı da yeterliydi. Rahat bir yerde kalmak isterseniz kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt, es hat nichts gefehlt. Und wir würden es wieder buchen.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr, sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Es ist zentral gelegen und man kann alles zu Fuß sehr gut erreichen. Wir kommen bestimmt gerne wieder.

Todella ystävällinen henkilökunta. Erinomainen sijainti. Hintalaatusuhde todella kohdillaan (erittäin edullinen ja siihen nähden kaikki hyvin!).

Cons:

Majoituin kahdessa eri huoneessa. Näistä toinen sijaitsi suoraan alakerran ravintolan päällä, joka aiheutti melua huoneeseen. Kuitenkin huomautettuani tästä, henkilökunta laski volyymeja. Tämä oli mielestäni erittäin hyvää asiakkaan huomioimista.
