wonderful. Location totally exceeded my expectations.
Pros:

was able to speak with host on whatsapp, they found us an alternate apt in same building so we could drop our bags early!! So great of them!! Also that way he gave us detailed pictures of lock box so we had no problems.
Loved the area for cafes, restaurants, short walk to Plaza Major, just a great location all around and very quiet.

Cons:

Bit of sewer smell out of second bathroom, but it was equipped with a fan which was great. Really excellent to have that 2nd bathroom.

Great stay in Huertas
Pros:

The location was great, easy walk from the train station, lovely neighbourhood with many cafes, bars and shops, easy walk to Sol and Plaza Mayor. The apartment was lovely, comfortable and had everything you need for a relaxing stay.

A wonderful apartment in a great area.
Pros:

Great location in a lovely street in Las Letras. The area feels really safe and the apartment is quiet at night which isn’t always the case in Madrid. Wonderful to have two double bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms and a lift to all floors is another bonus. We loved staying here.

Cons:

Nothing. It was great.

The ladies were so helpful, kind and smiley.
Pros:

Great location. We had an internally facing apt, which when the resturant closed was silent. And often woke a lot later than expected. Bed was very comfortable

Apartamento muy céntrico y tranquilo.
Pros:

Aparte de lo céntrico que está, junto a la Plaza de Santa Ana, es por lo tranquilo que estuvimos, no se oía ningún ruido. Es fácil el acceso mediante código tanto para la puerta de entrada, como para la puerta del apartamento. Las camas son muy cómodas. Mención especial merece nuestra anfitriona que nos facilitó toda la información que le pedimos y estuvo atenta con nosotros durante toda nuestra estancia. Sin duda volveremos.

Cons:

Ganaría mucho el apartamento con una mejora en el baño.

Pros:

Buenos apartamentos en una zona ideal de Madrid, el barrio de las Letras. Está a unos 10-15 minutos caminando del centro y toda la zona y alrededores dispone de muchas opciones de restaurantes, avenidas, tiendas y parques. El apartamento muy limpio y funcional, totalmente equipado y muy práctico para pasar un fin de semana en la ciudad. Incluso nos dejaron cápsulas de café y botellitas de agua a la llegada. Cien por cien recomendable.
