We booked an apartment. It was huge and comfortable. We liked the location, it was near the mall where we could bring the kids.
We booked in this hotel so our kids can enjoy the swimming pool. The swimming pool was dirty, my kids cried and were disappointed. Upon booking, They should just put a notice when the pool is working or not. The breakfast was disappointing too. There was not much food served.

Spacious and comfortable room. Good location.
No divider between the shower stand and toilet area. The whole washroom was wet after every shower.
Nothing but good things to say about this property! It’s very well managed and the staff can also speak English and foreign languages well. We travelled here in 2022 but in 2024 we wanted to try out a new hotel in the area to compare but there’s no competition for King Hotel! In my opinion, King Hotel is the best in Thai Nguyen!
Great service from the staff. Not the usual big building hotel type but still look relatively new. Probably hard to find another hotel of similar quality around the area.

Very friendly staff.
We loved the staff and their attention to detail. The breakfast was wonderful and our room was always comfortable and clean.
Perfect for a stopover during our trip: you park the motorbike in the basement, and you're in your comfy room within minutes. Wide breakfast choices, location is perfect for exploring the city.
We were upgraded to the 2-bedroom apartment, but the bedrooms don't have windows and lack natural light throughout.

The room was massive, with a separate sitting area and the bathroom was very sizable. The bed was really comfortable and the pool was incredible!
The bathroom also features a fancy Japanese toilet.
The buffet breakfast was fantastic with a great selection of foods and drinks.
The bathroom was unfinished, the mixer handle for the shower didn't work. The restaurant/bar was not open during the listed hours.
The pool
Staff unfriendly but might be due to lack of English language - except for Mr. Mam who was extremely helpful.
They never updated Booking. Com so had no knowledge of our booking when we arrived even though we had made the booking a week previously.
However they upgraded us without the extra cost - they had nothing else left.
Only 4 star hotel in the town
