Pool area was wonderful. Front desk service was friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Love the quietness compared to a casino hotel.

Pros:

What a great hotel. The rooms are huge and well taken care off. The fact that this hotel is not on the strip and does not have a casino under it, is a huge plus for me. Always seemed nice and peaceful not matter what time of the day it was. And it is only a small 5 to 10 minute walk to the MGM Grand.

Cons:

I would have loved for our room to have a balcony, but not having one would not deter me from staying at this hotel again.

Pros:

Easy walk to downtown Vegas strip. The only bummer was we ran out of towels. The staff couldn't supply us with fresh ones. We made the best of it. Still had a great time!

Cons:

No twin bed. Did not meet the host nor was made aware this is a hosted property! Room was not cleaned during our stay as the process was not explained.

Great hotel, easy to navigate.
Bed was comfy, tub was great.
Thermostat was broken and the shower door came off. But besides that it was a good 2 night stay.

location was perfect, and safe. host was informative,

Cons:

noticed a decent sized skid&scratch on my car after retrieving my vehicle from valet. Jose was helpful in filing a report for me but it was not reassuring that they would be held liable for the damage to my car. Unfortunately very inconvenient and frustrating. I asked to see footage of my car in the parking structure but was told I would need to hire a lawyer…

Overall we had a very enjoyable stay at the property.
Pros:

The room was very spacious and it was convenient to have the kitchenette. The property includes access to the MGM pool complex which is really nice. It’s a good location on the strip but does require about a 15 minute walk to get through the actual hotel and out to the strip, but this seems to be the case for a lot of Vegas properties.

Cons:

There was no housekeeping since the property is privately owned but we felt there were enough towels and extra trash bags for our 4 night stay.

Pros:

Everything was great, I just couldn't play xbox live in the room. There was no wifi for my console to connect. It wasn't a show stopper but wanted to play to wind down for the night. I brought my own monitor to play console on.
