Cons:

I had a confirmed booking for three days through this app. After traveling for over 10 hours, I arrived with my family around 9 pm, only to be refused accommodation because the property said it was full. When I showed the confirmation email, they said I should have contacted the property directly. If there was no vacancy, why wasn’t I informed in advance? We had to search for accommodation late at night with my family, which was extremely distressing.
