The room is spacious, location is good with a lot of eateries and convenience stores.

Cons:

The towels were old and with stains. The rooms were not sound proof and could hear alarm clock and prayers from next room.

the only budjet hotel yg sediakan 2 king bed in 1 suite, so comfort utk parent 2 anak..dpt tdo dgn selesa, hrg sgt2 berbaloi utk kami. definitely will come back n choose this type of comfort room each time i touch down to JB area! staff? very good. dobi? d/stairs. food? close n nearby.

We noticed that the carpet in the hotel room is quite worn and hard, which affects comfort. We believe it is due for replacement.
