Got there on the day only to find out they cancelled and haven’t let us know before hand, they then tried to blame the website for cancelling which we then got in touch with and they said it was all the hotels doing. We was left with no where to go all our bags and had to walk round Blackpool for a few hours on a busy Saturday looking for a available hotel.

Ive based my rating on how happy i was with what i had paid. I dodnt expect a lot, however my room was clean, shower was good enough pressure, the member of staff over the weekend was pleasant. We only wanted a place to rest our heads and this suited. Location was good. You get what you pay for and for the price i paid i was more than happy with the room overall. Tip. Remember to take your own toiletries as non provided. Towel was provided.

Lovely hotel 5 mins from centre of blackpool very nice hotel spotless room gets cleaned and beds made every day great owner

Our party of 4 were greeted by a friendly hotel manager. The room was on the 2nd floor, just about big enough for the 2 double beds, the radiator was not working in the room, therefore it was cold all night, there were drafts coming from both windows which did not help. I have noticed on other reviews this was an issue which should have been sorted out.
We could not get a shower as it was so cold, the hot water in the tap took a while to come through.
The mattresses were so uncomfortable, myself and other family members have back and joint problems, we were tossing and turning all night,
There were other guests staying at the hotel at the same time of us, who had children with them, the children were in rooms on the first floor, parents on the second floor next door to our room, the kids were up and down the stairs banging the doors until late in the night, when we told the manager the next morning he said he did speak to the parents last night, but it did not help.
We were up early and left by 08.30, we were tired and achy.

Very friendly and a very comfortable stay. Will definitely be staying again. Great location.

Me and my family were made very welcome and room was very clean and comfortable. Lovely night sleep and no noise at all with it being a couple's and family hotel only. Will definitely be staying again.
