Pros:

The hotel staff was very helpful and managed to rebook my stay for a different day upon my last minute request due to a medical emergency. I am very grateful!

Location was excellent
Staff were very kind, helpful and welcoming

Cons:

The bathroom had a bit of water damage and could do with some maintenance
We needed to book the room because of a last minute flight change by the airline, therefore booking the room last minute was quite expensive but as a family with a 12 hour layover overnight it was better to spend the night getting some proper sleep in a bed
But wish the room had been more affordable.
