Pros:

I did not like the stay.

Cons:

Room was not cleaned, sheets were filthy. We asked to change the sheets when we arrived as we could see hair and dirty sheets. Staff were not keen on changing them, after repeated telling, sheets were changed but they like they are being used from ages. They are torn and totally unclean. Floor was not cleaned. No towels, soaps. On asking again the staff gave us one towel. Same with towels, sheets and towels need to be replaced totally as per hotel standards. There was a phone but no line connected. Staff were not helpful at all. Overall, the stay experience was awful.

Pros:

Breakfast was 2 Idli an di vada served at room, - fixed no choice.
Quality so so only

Love to come back again...
Pros:

Hot water and the location being close to mountain area

Cons:

No options in breakfast and it seems we won't be entitled for it if we are not present when they bring it. Not a big deal but demonstrates unhealthy attitude towards Cust service.
