Ideal location and clean, well equipped accommodation.
Pros:

Really clean, spacious, well located and well equipped accommodation. Right in the heart of the old town but adjacent to main streets for buses and taxis. The communication was swift and helpful. There is a lift and it felt safe and secure.

Cons:

Not a problem for some, but it is a few steps up a narrow side street with a few more before the lift inside, so perhaps not ideal if mobility is an issue.

Un piacevole soggiorno a Granada
Pros:

L'odore di pulito appena entri, la grandezza della stanza. È stato piacevole trovare biscotti e caffè per la colazione. È stato bello trovare per la prima volta nel viaggio un ascensore nella struttura per poter portare le valigie in camera.

Cons:

Il bagno meriterebbero maggiore cura e pulizia, così come il pavimento, ormai rovinato in alcuni punti e l'insonorizzazione non eccelsa.

Céntrico y limpio.

Cons:

No nos ha resultado práctico para nuestro viaje.
Teníamos reserva en un restaurante a las 14h y no nos permitían entrar hasta las 15h, no había sitio para dejar las maletas. Nos ofrecieron consigna en otro lugar pero a unos 7 minutos del alojamiento. Fue incómodo. No repetiremos.

Une belle maison bien située, malgré quelques défauts
Pros:

L'emplacement assez central, le caractère ancien de la maison, le confort exceptionnel de la literie, les accessoires à disposition dans la cuisine et la salle de douche.

Cons:

Une très forte odeur de fumée de tabac dans l'appartement, très tenace malgré une aération de plusieurs heures, vraiment désagréable. Le passage bruyant des personnes dans la rue et le patio pendant la nuit. L'absence de contact ''humain'' avec le propriétaire, tout étant géré à distance.

Para repetir.
Pros:

En si la habitación estaba muy bien, además diseñada con gran gusto. Muy espaciosa, la cama un 10, lo mejor. Cocina completa.
Se agradece la cortesía de productos para el desayuno.
Ubicación excelente, en el centro.

Cons:

Todo ha cumplido con las expectativas, no obstante se echa de menos algun detalles como repisa dentro de la ducha para dejar geles, así como fuera al lado del lavabo para dejar cosas de aseo. También se echa en falta algún pequeño armario o cómoda para dejar la ropa y no tener las maletas abiertas.
Un punto importante y un poco desagradable el olor del baño, vienen ráfagas malolientes.

Pros:

Al día siguiente de llegar se rompió la caldera, quedándonos sin calefacción ni agua caliente. Enseguida se pusieron en contacto con nosotros y nos cambiaron de alojamiento a un apartamento superior y nos regalaron el desayuno. Fueron muy atentos y amables.
