La limpieza sin duda. El mobiliario nuevo, moderno y con muy buen gusto. El que no de a la calle le quita el bullicio del centro.
Por un lado he de decir que la insonorización entre habitaciones es inexistente por lo que se escuchan mucho los ruidos de las habitaciones superiores dificultando el descanso, por otro en la habitación hacia mucho frío siendo casi junio tuvimos que encender un buen rato la calefacción. También decir que la calle es una calle de aspecto nada agradable y una zona poco apetecible… Y por último recomendar que haya espacio en el baño para poner la bolsa de aseo. No hay nada y de hace súper incómodo.
Perfectly equipped large ground floor apartment in the heart of Granada. The location is amazing being close to bars, restaurants, shops and public transport. Set within a nice courtyard off the street the apartment is very quiet and comfortable which was ideal for our 2 nights it stay.
The bed needs replacing as it was quite noisy when making the smallest of movement, the springs and support frame had obviously deteriorated over time and caused us frustration when trying to sleep.

Posizione ottima, centralissima e con pochi minuti (veramente 3- 4 minuti) si raggiungono Cattedrale, Albaicin, Quartiere ebraico. L'appartamento è situato dentro il quartiere arabo ed è ideale per passeggiare nelle vie della casbah, mangiare, fare acquisti, vedere spettacoli. L'appartamento è come nelle foto, che non rendono la comodità e l'accoglienza dell'alloggio. Ampio, fresco, curato, materasso e cuscini comodissimi. Cucina attrezzatissima,noi non l'abbiamo usata, ma è dotata di tutto, anche tostapane, bollitore e macchina per caffè espresso eccezionale per noi italiani! Insomma da consigliare assolutamente.
