The location was really good. The manager was very attentive and professional. The breakfast was fine.

Pros:

Personal alle freundlich, besonders Nancy sehr freundlich.
Frühstück sehr gut, auch Pho hat es gegeben.Leider bis 9.30 Uhr, ist zu früh für uns, immer Hektik .Badezimmer sehr sauber und heißes Wasser. Hatten immer 6 Handtücher mega. Etwas abgewohnt.Unser Familienzimmer für 2 ist sehr groß. 2 große Betten und sehr sauber und saubere Bettwäsche.
Das Beste, die Klimaanlage konnte man vom Bett aus steuern, sehr schnell kalt.
Strand in 5 Minuten und trotzdem nicht laut. Hatten 11 Stock.
Danke für die Freundlichkeit. Würden wieder buchen.

Cons:

Bad kleine Ablage. Badewanne keine Abdichtung,man brauchte die Handtücher für den Boden. Aber das ist wirklich ein kleines Übel.

I would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

The staff was great. Always willing to help and very concerned that we were happy.
Also it is in a noisy area, but inside the rooms it was remarkably quiet even though the bars next door were loud.

Cons:

The only negative was the door to my room. The key card kept not working, so someone would have to come open it for us.

Great location and spacious rooms
Pros:

The rooms were spacious and I could leave my luggage after checkout. The staff was super helpful and the location is great. Around there is the beach and a lot of beautiful food places and cafes.

Cons:

I had in my first room two cuckroaches running around of decent size. I wouldn't have expected this from a hotel of this standard.

Herzlicher Service in top Lage
Pros:

*Hervorragender Service: Das Personal ist extrem freundlich, engagiert und immer sofort zur Stelle. Man merkt, dass hier alles getan wird, um die Gäste glücklich zu machen.
*Problemlösung & Upgrade: Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten im ersten Zimmer, erhielten wir unkompliziert ein Upgrade in eine höhere Kategorie. Das neue Zimmer war modern und in einem einwandfreien Zustand.
*Frühstück: Die Auswahl ist in Ordnung und die Qualität der Speisen ist hoch. Besonders das frische Omelett hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt.
*Lage & Kulanz: Die Lage in Sunset City ist super und man erreicht alles schnell. Besonders positiv: Obwohl der kostenlose Flughafentransfer laut Hotel ein Fehler bei Booking war, wurde er uns am Ende trotzdem kulant ermöglicht.

Cons:

*Ankunft: Da das Hotel noch neu ist, sind die Abläufe noch nicht 100% eingespielt. Im ersten Zimmer war das Bett falsch vorbereitet (Doppel- statt Einzelbetten) und es gab erst verspätet warmes Wasser.
• Fitnessraum: Die Beschreibung "Gym" ist irreführend. Es handelt sich lediglich um ein einzelnes Laufband in einem kleinen Raum. Hier hatten wir deutlich mehr erwartet.
• Umgebung: Es gibt zeitweise Baustellenlärm in der Nachbarschaft. Uns hat das nicht weiter gestört, da es typisch für die Gegend ist, aber man sollte es wissen.

Kousek od pláže, tichý hotel, velký výběr na snídaních. Velice příjemný personál. A také rooftop bazén. Nejlepší hotel za 3 týdny ve Vietnamu!

В целом нормально, но за такую цену можно взять 3 звезды, уровень такой же, цена в 3 раза дешевле

Чисто, хорошая локация у отеля, номера светлые, но не все, боковая сторона отеля до 7 этажа, в номере, будет темно и окна или стена отеля рядом в 3 х метрах

Cons:

Завтраки , шведский стол, скудные, фруктов мало, йогурт из 6 дней пребывания, видела один раз, это были фрукты в белой слизи, колбаса съедобная, салаты, зелень, кофе растворимый, молоко 2 вида и сгущеное есть, масло, джем были, овощи на пару, курица, рыба не съедобные

The elevators were long to wait for, and the laundry service was closed due to the holidays. Breakfast was a bit crowded. Glass wall between the room and the bathroom.
