Sometimes ran out of mugs for coffee at breakfast and I was reprimanded for bringing my own travel mug!

Pros:

I’ve spent 4 days there with my family. Everything was great. The hotel is only a few steps to the beautiful My Khe beach. The staffs were very kind. Will back there next time for sure.

Cons:

Bể bơi của Khách sạn không có chỗ tắm của trẻ nhỏ, chỗ nông nhất cũng 1.3m, chỗ sâu 1.6m

Great stay overall, but a few fixes would make it perfect
Pros:

* Great location – close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, so everything was walkable.
* Huge, comfortable bed – really spacious and great for a good night's sleep.
* Rooftop swimming pool – amazing views and a perfect way to cool off.
* Delicious breakfast – good variety and tasty options each morning.
* Daily room service – fresh towels and tidy-up every day, which was much appreciated.

Cons:

· Aircon issue – it turned off whenever we left the room, so we came back to a hot space that took ages to cool down again.
· Weird smell at reception – unpleasant and musty, almost like a cemetery – not a great first impression and the hot air from the outside made it even worse.
· TV problems – it kept playing up and seemed like it had no licence, so we couldn't watch anything at all.

Pros:

У отеля хорошее расположение, пляж и все необходимое рядом. Завтраки обычные. Цена для жанного отеля высоковпта рядом жиди в более бюджетном по стоимости отеле, но со значительно более высоким уровнем сервиса. Очень не понравился штраф в млн донгов за сушку одежды в номере. При этом балклна нет ванной нет н одного кручка или что-то на чем можно было бы хотя бы нижнее белье повешать. Да, вокруг много прачесных и недорогих, но как сушить купальник и нижнее белье??? Второй раз здесь не останавлюсь
