Very clean property. As for the room we stayed in, it’s very outdated. Poor choice of mattress, pillows and sofa. Dinning table is fine and I do like the balcony ocean view. I do wish they had two chairs, instead of 1. Good customer service and absolutely love the beach being walking distance. So many places to eat near by, as well. Nice area and vibes.

Nothing fancy but for what it is it’s a good value. Right on beach plenty of restaurants and stuff around. It’s great for a short stay like 3 nights or something. I would recommend if you’re not too picky. It’s definitely not the Fairmont but it’s right next door.

My stay at this apartment was simple and quaint. I was visiting for the Rauw Alejandro concert and decided to extend my stay. The hosts were attentive, kept in touch and offered complimentary housekeeping since I extended my stay. The housekeepers were wonderful, attentive, kind, and immaculate! The room is overall comfortable, I would recommend additional blanket or comforter options and more patio furniture incase there is a party of two or guests visiting etc. There was some construction noise every day on the apartment next door and at times the airport noise was very loud. It was hard to sleep sometimes after a long night out or just a midday nap. However, I wouldn’t let this deter you from booking if you are looking for a comfortable, relaxing stay in the middle of all the fun activities and hotels in the area.

Clean and comfortable! Great room size! Beautiful views (15th FL ocean view balcony! Nice neighbor (across)! Great food and drinks right downstairs! Ubin (unit manager) is amazing! Lots of communication! Lots of tips and suggestions on where to go and eat! The neighbor is perfect! Beach access right downstairs plus you can walk down to other beaches. Uber service runs perfect in this area and took us all over the greater San Juan area! We felt 100% safe! My first time in Puerto Rico as a Puerto Rican and this was unit was perfect! 10/10

Older place under renovation but clean and nice to stay.. Access to beautiful beach.

The balcony was the highlight. Having a pool would of made it an excellent option. The cafe was not appealing. Location was great

Had a great time. Building was safe. Liked that many restaurants and bars are within walking distance so no need to worry about DUI.

Was clean enough, but could use a really deep clean. The shower curtain was nasty, with visible dirt on it. I soent $3 and replaced. I would also suggest updating the decorations and plates, glasses, silverwear. All was mismatched, dingy and ugly. Seriously, you could charge more if you invested like $1500 to redecorate.

Having said all that, i would stay hete again for closeness to beach, restaurants and bars.

The bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly, there was some hair left in the bathtub
