Love hanoi city.
Pros:

Staff very helpful, hotel in the middle of shops, walking distance to most places making it easy to get around.lake, beer street, bus tours,shopping, ATM's, food, everything is at your doorstep.
Highly recommend. It's not a high end hotel but if you are looking for a well central, homely stay then this is for you.
We had a internal room with no window perfect for a quiet sleep without any road noise.

Cons:

Hard bed..... but that is personal preference and doesn't reflect on the hotel in anyway

Top Lage und Frühstück – leider mangelnde Sauberkeit und Lärm
Pros:

- sehr nette und aufmerksame Mitarbeiter
- perfekte Lage, fußläufig alles sehenswerte mit max. 15 min. erreichbar
- gutes und vielfältiges Frühstück (auch Bestellung von Pankaces und Eier möglich)
- Shuttleservice vom Flughafen (Preis 420k)

Cons:

- Sauberkeit war leider gar nicht gut. Haare auf dem Boden und im Waschbecken, komplett verschmutzte Armaturen (Zahnpastaflecken, etc.), auch in der Dusche sah es dreckig aus. Fleckige Handtücher, dreckiger Boden.
- teilweise etwas laut > wir hatten ein Zimmer ohne Fenster im 6. Stock. Dort war nur unser Zimmer und der Putzraum. Wir wurden jedoch 2 von 3 Nächten einmal nachts und einmal 6 Uhr morgens geweckt weil das Personal dort so laut war und die Zimmer so hellhörig sind. Auch der Lift der direkt neben dem Zimmer ist hört man sehr gut.

Wir sind sehr bescheiden was Hotelzimmer angeht, wir können mit allem leben, aber Sauberkeit und ein halbwegs ruhiger Schlaf ist uns wichtig. Obwohl die Mitarbeiter extrem freundlich waren, würden wir dieses Hotel nicht nochmal wählen.

Pros:

De bediening en de ligging in het levendige oude centrum.

Cons:

Kamer op de foto was met balkon, terras. Wij zaten aan de achterkant. Was beetje teleurstellend. Ontbijtruimte weinig sfeervol.

Geweldige ligging in het oude centrum. Dichtbij alle bezienswaardigheden!
Vriendelijke ontvangst, fijn dat drinkwater steeds wordt bijgevuld!

Cons:

Kamers zijn wat verouderd.

It was a nice stay as we got to witness the locals’ everyday lives in the morning. Of course, the Old Town gets busy aft
Pros:

Location. The night markets from Friday through Sunday are right outside the hotel and everything else was a walking distance.

Cons:

I guess we picked the wrong room as the only windows we had was looking out on sides of the building and the bathroom had no shades for privacy. I don’t think anyone could see us in there but not having the option to block the view felt uncomfortable.

Staff is friendly. Location is great, we had room 305 which has 2 beds, TV, mini fridge etc.
