Freundlicher Empfang mit Kaffee und gemütlicher Atmosphäre
Pros:

Wir mussten ein paar Minuten warten, bis unser Zimmer fertig war, aber Travis hat uns währenddessen einen großartigen lokalen Kaffee angeboten. Die Atmosphäre im The West war wirklich angenehm und gemütlich, fast wie zu Hause.

Ulica na zewnątrz jest dość ruchliwa, ale gdy jesteś już w środku, panuje tu spokojna i przyjemna atmosfera. Sprzątanie stoi na bardzo wysokim poziomie. Szczególne podziękowania dla Mike’a za profesjonalną obsługę.

Mike was fantastic prior to us arriving in Vietnam with booking buses to Sapa and returning and the airport shuttle. Very prompt and easy to deal with on WhatsApp, relieving unwanted stress - thank you

Clean property in Perfect location
Pros:

Perfect location in old town near the lake. The staff couldn't do enough to make our stay more comfortable. Great breakfast!

Cons:

There is no common area to hang out. And the spa is not open and operating currently.
