God frokost, trivelig personale, gode senger.
Pros:

Gode senger, store rom, stort bad. Sov godt her. Veldig trivelig personale. Utrolig fint pyntet til jul (overnattet i desember). Fantastisk frokost med magisk julestemning 😉

Cons:

Ingenting. Men vær oppmerksom på at det er en bratt trapp opp til rommene, som er litt smal.

Very authentic place. Beautiful old house kept with love.

Cons:

Probably because I stayed after the tourist season I haven't had any communication with the owners or seen the breakfast. Except for the phone conversation at the check-in moment. The room had no coffee maker only an electric kettle. The cafeteria (café) on the first floor was closed. A little disappointed. And it was absolutely impossible to find a warm meal in that area in the middle of the week, for the nearest restaurant works only four days. Good that there was at least a refrigerator in the room and I was able to have a sandwich in the morning.

Superblick aufs Wasser. Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne.

Cons:

Keine Möglichkeit zum Kochen und das nächste Restaurant ist 30 km entfernt, da die wahrscheinlich tolle Fischgastätte im Ort nur von Donnerstag bis Sonntag geöffnet hat.
Die Sonne schien wohl den ganzen Tag in den Raum, so dass es sehr warm war. Fenster ließ sich aber nur einen Spalt öffnen leider.

Hyggelig sted.
Pros:

Dette er et lite og koselig sted. Rommet var veldig bra med flott utsikt. Både utvendig og innvendig er det rent og godt vedlikeholdt. Hyggelig personale. Frokosten var suveren. Vi kommer gjerne igjen.

Ingenting egentlig.

Pros:

A wonderful, family-run guesthouse in a superb location. The host Anne-Marie and her brother Nils were super friendly and kind, nothing was too much trouble. My room was exceptional, it was really large, as was the ensuite. The outlook and view overlooking the fjord was stunning. The breakfast was amazing and plentiful. Good WiFi and a SMART TV with streaming services made this a perfect 2-night stay for a solo traveller, I will be back and highly recommend 😊

Nice stopover on our way to Runde
Pros:

The view was fantastic, the bed comfy, the bathroom gigantic. Very clean. The breakfast was great. Afaics we were the only guests, but the hosts' brother had prepared a full breakfast with eggs, salmon, breads, cheeses, meats, sweets, coffee, tea, milk, and juice in amounts we could not begin to dent. Very nice!

For a great dinner walk 2 miles to Fiskå brygge guesthouse nearby.

The fact that it is next to a road (it is a motell after all) is of no significance. Very light traffic at low speeds. The carwash next door came in handy too.

We would stay here again!

Cons:

We were there during a hot spell in May and that made the south-viewing room quite hot. The available fan was not much help here. But supposedly, that is normally not a problem in Norway in May.
