Fantastic, warmly recommend and would love to come back
Pros:

Fantastic location, views & rooms, hotel is very modern, rooms spacious, cozy beds. We had a family room on two floors which was perfect with 2 bedrooms. Great breakfast. Restaurant 1200- very good steaks. Very friendly staff - reception & service. Nice pool areas indoor and outdoor

Lighting in bathroom bit dark for make up

Preis- Leistung passen absolut nicht, wer Entspannung sucht ist hier falsch !
Cons:

Am Freitag Abend fand das Abendessen in Form einer Küchenparty statt. Das Essen war mittelmäßig, in der Küche spielte ein Alleinunterhalter in einer extremen Lautstärke- man konnte sein eigenes Wort nicht verstehen- völlig unangebracht für ein Hotel dieser Klasse.
Am Samstag sind wir in das hoteleigene Steakhaus „ geflüchtet“, das Essen und der Service dort waren ausgezeichnet.
Am Abend in der Hotellobby dann wieder laute Musik des Alleinunterhalters, von Ruhe und Entspannung weit entfernt.
Das beworbene Konzept passt leider nicht zu diesem Angebot.
Preis- Leistung passen im übrigen leider auch nicht.

Sehr schönes Hotel & Umgebung
Pros:

Design, Personal, das Essen & die Umgebung waren toll!

Cons:

Preis-Leistung (vermutlich weil kurzfristig gebucht).
Wir sind mit Hund gereist & haben ein Hundezimmer bekommen (was ja passt), aber leider hat man vom Vorgängerhund noch extrem viele Haare & den Geruch vorgefunden.
Das Bett & die Kissen waren zu weich - der Nachfrage nach härteren Kissen wurde leider nicht nachgekommen.
Bei dem Preis hatte ich doch ein wenig mehr erwartet.

Sehr nettes Personal in allen Bereichen man fühlt sich sehr wohl und kann wunder paar Entspannen.

Schöne Auszeit für unsere kleine Familie
Pros:

Ganz tolle Kinderbetreuungsangebote, sehr großes Zimmer mit einem ganz besonderen Badezimmer. Das Abendessen war außergewöhnlich. Es gab eine extra Karte für werdende Mütter. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Wirklich jammern auf hohem Niveau, aber der Mittagslunch war etwas sparsam. Um zum Spa zu gelangen, muss man einmal durch die Lobby laufen. Fanden wir nicht so optimal.

Schönes, gepflegtes Hotel, schöne Ziimer mit Nespresso Kaffeemaschine, überaus kinderfreundlich und freundliches Personal!
Hervorragendes Essen, sei es das Buffet oder alla cart, Verpflegung rund um die Uhr und das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr in Ordnung!

Cons:

Kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer.
