Es un hotel fantasma, frío y sin vida

Lo único que me ha gustado es la ubicación, es muy céntrico y no hay ruido. El personal que atiende telefónicamente muy amables.

Cons:

Pienso que para ser un 4 estrellas el servicio es precario, el hecho de no haber recepción , es un servicio menos y parece un hotel fantasma, sin calidez. Para cualquier cosa tienes que llamar por tel, me quedé sin batería y fué un lío entrar al hotel... no hay cafetería ... en fin un espacio muy frío. En resumen, No es mi tipo de hotel .

Pros:

La ubicación si vas a moverte por el centro es estupenda. La atención del personal es muy buena. No los ves, pero responden rápidamente a las consultas,transmiten amabilidad y toda la información necesaria para hospedarte. La decoración nos gustó mucho,está limpio,tiene secador y productos Rituals en el baño que huelen de maravilla. Una cafetera con café,infusiones,agua y mini nevera. En fin,todo lo necesario y más para tener una estancia más que agradable. Volveremos!
