La comodidad de la habitación.
El servicio de Vallet fue deficiente, muy lento para traer mi coche y no se encontraba un par de veces nadie para atender.
Breakfast and lunch were good.
Lavatory Faucent had a pin hole on the back side and splashed water over the counter.
La comida muy buena!! Productos de buena calidad, el lugar muy bonito y todos muy atentos.
La limpieza de cuarto no fue la mejor, la colcha con un molesto olor a humedad.

Great location connecting to the mall. Breakfast was one of a kind and very worth it. Staff super nice and professional. Very convenient for families with kids.
Clean room, nice staff, Cecilia at the breakfast Buffet was nice and helpful. The food at the buffet was excellent. We really enjoy our stay at Hilton Valle.

Location was great, our room was fantastic with fabulous views of the mountains. The breakfast was good with a good variety of food options.
We had issues with the cost of our room, which didn’t match the price booked through Booking.com. We also booked a car for return airport transfers through the hotel and the car for the trip to the airport on our departure didn’t turn up. On both occasions the driver expected us to make payment, not aware that we had actually paid through the hotel.

I stayed here last year for a short vacation and returned again because I loved it so much. The rooms are very spacious, comfortable, and spotless—which is important to me since I’m quite particular about hotels. This place always makes me feel at ease.
The breakfast is tasty, the customer service is excellent, and the location is perfect. It’s in a peaceful area with a mall right next door for easy shopping or a nice stroll. The views of the city are also beautiful and make the stay even more special.
Honestly, I don’t have a single complaint. I loved everything about my stay and would definitely come back again!
Valet is very bad. The cars are park far away and something’s the valet people are not even there.
The last night I stayed they change our sheets and they had mildew smell which was very hard for me to sleep since u am allergic. After I complained the receptionist told me is very hard to believe because they check everything so carful. Instead of being nice to me. Any reason for me to lie?
My husband fell coming outside de jacuzzi cut and cut himself. The place is nice but is not well taking care of.
