The staff were exceptionally professional, friendly, and helpful at every step from check-in to daily service. A special thank you to Amir, who handled everything and communicated extremely well. He was attentive, professional, and made our stay seamless and stress-free.

O Hotel em geral tem um bom conforto.
O café da manhã é muito limitado. pouca variedade e qualidade apenas razoável. Além disso, no Booking informava que o café da manhã começaria às 600 h entretanto o início era às 7:00 h. Como tinha voo cedo acabei pagando o café e não pude usufrui-lo.

В спа комплексе абсолютно точно передозировка какой-то дезинфекционной химии, мы все чихали без остановки , а потом еще о кашляли всю ночь.Мы думали, что заболели.
За день все прошло, а вечером после посещения опять началось. Может это не бассейн , а хамам , где провели много времени.
Номер делюкс небольшой, какой-то глюк с кондиционером, постоянно при выставлении небольшой температуры , она увеличивалась до 30 градусов. Кондиционер просто выключали, окна в номере не открываются и было душно. При выезде на рецепшн сказали, что люди жаловались на холод и поэтому настройки такие и если не комфортно, то это регулируется, но через рецепшн. Мы не стали никого дергать , но если бы про заселении нам об этом сказали, то конечно бы мы обратились к ним, так как это очень не комфортно.На Новый год ресторан не работал, кафе рядом нет, но уборка была и достойная. Не работают тв каналы, только ютуб, хотя они заявлены. Персонал очень отзывчивый и приветливый, в отеле чисто.
Чистота
Очень душно в номерах. Кондиционер работают совсем не понятно. Точно не поддерживает ту температуру, которую указываешь. Нет возможности открыть окно! Невозможно спать в номере, так как выключатели светят в глаза. Просто мучение.

Tv stations were not showing properly. My room access card randomly stopped working. There was very little day to day variation with breakast options.
