Very quiet, large room, and close to everything.

Cons:

Check out was leaving a key in an unoccupied office which security-wise seems off. Pool is broken (for years).

Pros:

The hotel was updated, clean had a microwave, small fridge but not a coffee maker. Air conditioner worked well and the price was very affordable. We were traveling between Mesquite NV to Portland OR so we made two stops on our way up and then back. We were looking for affordable places to stay since it really was just to stop and sleep. The American Inn was by far the best place we stopped. It will be the place we stop at from now on.

Pros:

Loved the bathroom for handicap and the hotel manager was very accommodating.

Cons:

There was ants all over the bathroom floor. I forgot to let him know about no feather pillows I’m very allergic to them. I moved them quickly out of my sleeping area.

Very poor experience
Pros:

No breakfast. No coffee. No ice. Poor grounds, maintenence poor. Floor buckled in our room-108.Door had been kicked-in at one time or the other, and poorly repaired.
