Quizá mejorar el trato del personal del desayuno , no fueron muy amables
The breakfast server threatened to assault me. The manager had to hold him back. All because there was a disagreement on where to be seated. They dont have a policy written out. Reserved a parking space 1 month ago, turns out it was taken up! Ordered room service, was a total of 13+5euro for room service, in the morning they charged me 22! Please stay away from this hell hole. There are plenty of better places all along the river, possibly for a better price and service.
Wow, what a great experience! We were welcomed with sparkling wine, smiles, jokes, and such positive vibes. The food was amazing. 10 stars!

Modernes, schön gestaltetes Hotel mit einem schicken Restaurant. Behindertenfreundlich. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Direkt am Fluss gelegen.
Parkplätze gibt es (wie überall in Ljubljana in der Innenstadt) beim Hotel selbst keine.
Huone oli super rauhallinen (ikkunaton). Olin palannut juuri Japanista ja minulla oli jet-lag, niin sain ainakin nukuttua hyvin. Respan työntekijät olivat sympaattisia ja ystävällisiä. Huone oli todella puhdas.
Aamiaistarjoilijat olivat hämmästyttävän tympeitä. En yleensä valita tämmöisestä, mutta heidän käytös oli pohjanoteeraus. Toistensa kanssa heillä oli kyllä hauskaa ja se on hienoa että tullaan toimeen työkavereiden kanssa - ehdottomasti - mutta tuntui että he olivat unohtaneet mitä ovat tekemässä siellä: asiakaspalvelussa. Huomasin palautteissa muidenkin maininneen asiasta ja ajattelin, että ovat vain herkkähipiöitä, mutta olivat oikeassa.
Ensimmäisenä aamuna oli mehuja tarjolla, viikonloppuna vain vettä (ilmeisesti mehua olisi saanut pyytämällä, mutta minulle sitä ei ainakaan tarjottu), viimeisenä aamuna ei ollut edes vettä tarjolla. Join sitten huoneessa veden aamiaisen jälkeen. Erikoista että lasillinen vettäkin pitäisi pyytää tarjoilijalta, joka ei edes noteeraa sinua. Ehdottomasti palaverin aika teillä työntekijöiden kanssa. Muuten laadukas hotelli kuitenkin.
Aamiainen itsessään oli hyvä.
