Tout était très bien , la salle du petit déjeuner sympa et ce qui est proposé est assez complet . Pour le prix, c'est très bien. L’hôtel est très bien tenu et tout est propre
La salle d'accueil: il y fait très froid et je plains les personnels à l'accueil. Pour les œufs brouillés, il faudra changer la méthode de mise en œuvre.

La posizione non è proprio al centro ,si arriva facendo una bella passeggiata di circa 10-15 minuti che non sarebbe un problema se non fosse che al ritorno si debba fare un tragitto tutto in salita.
Abbiamo avuto un problema con i condizionatori fatto notare alla reception,la risposta è stata che sarebbero venuti a controllare.
Era di sera tardi quindi abbiamo aspettato per un po' ma purtroppo nessuno è venuto a vedere qual era il problema cosa che posso anche comprendere ma almeno si avverte il cliente.
La atencion del personal
posizione non proprio centrale rispetto al cuore turistico della città ma nel complesso più che accettabile
il riscaldamento ha lasciato un pò a desiderare forse a causa del periodo quasi primaverile ma ancora abbastanza freddo come se fosse inverno

Quando chegamos ao hotel, foi-nos informado que o nosso quarto ficava na parte história, noutro edifício. Fomos até lá com um funcionário e à chegada deparamos que era um edifício antigo com a identificação de AL, quando abrimos a porta do nosso quarto era um quarto que não correspondia às fotografias do anúncio. Não tinha nada haver com o anúncio. No final quando fomos embora, fomos entregar a chave do quarto e foi-nos dito que tínhamos de pagar 24€ pelo pequeno-almoço, 12€por pessoa, quando o funcionário nos disse eu disse que haveria algum engano, porque quando reservamos tínhamos reservado com o pequeno almoço e na reserva diz isso. Foi que insistiram que tínhamos de pagar. Apresentamos o e-mail e não pagamos o pequeno almoço. Também referimos que o quarto não tinha nada haver com as fotografias. É desagradável chegar a um lugar e as fotos não corresponderem a realidade por completo e depois no fim dizerem que não tínhamos na nossa reserva de pequeno almoço incluído e que tínhamos de pagar obrigatoriamente.

Ci hanno inizialmente messi in una struttura che non era quella indicata sul sito ed era pessima. Ci hanno per fortuna cambiato stanza dopo la prima notte (su nostra richiesta )
Era tutto molto pulito e piacevole. Appena siamo entrati siamo stati accolti molto bene. Non parlando la lingua, il personale ha parlato in inglese con noi. La camera è sufficientemente spaziosa. Ci hanno lasciato delle tazze con thé, caffè (anche decaffeinato) e cioccolatini. Il bagno aveva tutto il necessario, in più, fare la doccia è stato molto piacevole.
Il personale di pulizia non ha pulito la nostra stanza, poiché durante il lasso di tempo in cui avrebbero dovuto farlo, eravamo in camera. Tuttavia abbiamo lasciato la stanza libera e non è stata pulito. Avremmo potuto risolvere il problema chiedendo alla reception ma non l'abbiamo fatto : il nostro soggiorno è stato solo di 3 giorni.
We stayed at Rooms Select Porto for 5 nights and unfortunately our experience was very disappointing.
I'm not able to understand guests which are giving 7 or more to this Hotel..
First of all, the room service was very poor. The room was only partially cleaned and the floor was never wiped during our entire stay. The general cleanliness in the hotel seems to be a serious issue. The carpets in the hallway are extremely dirty and look like they haven’t been properly cleaned in a long time. Even the window in our room, which had a beautiful view of the park, looked like it had not been cleaned for over a year.
The TV in our room did not work from the beginning. After reporting the problem to reception, nobody came during the entire day to check it. In the evening a receptionist came but he didn’t understand why it wasn’t working and couldn’t help either. In the end I discovered that the LAN cable was not even plugged into the TV.
Another issue was the air conditioning and heating. One evening we suddenly noticed that the system had switched to cooling mode. At that time the temperature in Porto at night was around 10°C. After that the heating did not work for the last three nights of our stay. We reported this several times at reception but nothing was done.
While waiting about 30 minutes at reception to report issues, I also heard many other guests complaining about cleanliness or missing things in their rooms.
The homeless people sleeping to the left and right of the hotel entrance are actually the smallest problem of this accommodation — they didn’t bother anyone at all.
Breakfast was acceptable but nothing special.
In our opinion, this hotel does not deserve 4 or few less stars.
The location of the hotel is nearly to the center.
