Hervorragende Lage in der Innenstadt mit Parkplatzangebot
Pros:

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals, insbesondere auch an der Rezeption, ist hervorzuheben. Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend, die meisten Attraktionen von Porto sind fußläufig bequem erreichbar und die Metrostation Trindade ist ebenfalls in weniger als 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Parkplatz kostete 15 Euro/Nacht und das Auto war sicher untergebracht.

Cons:

Die Bar ist abends bisweilen durch geschlossene Abendessen von Reisegruppen belegt, man kann aber in die nähere Umgebung ausweichen, wenn man nicht gleich auf das Zimmer will.

We enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return
Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the hotel's location was excellent, with easy access to all the main attractions and points of interest. The staff were kindly and always willing to help with any question or request. Their willingness to assist made our stay even more enjoyable.

Cons:

While our overall stay was pleasant, we were disappointed with the breakfast. The selection was very limited and lacked variety. We expected a wider range of options, including fresh salads, yogurts, and different types of bread. Expanding the breakfast selection would greatly improve the overall guest experience.

Personale inadeguato per presenza e disponibilità e per problemi resolving tra l'altro abbiamo prenotato per tre coppie per due volte in arrivo in Portogallo e dopo 5 giorni in partenza e la seconda volta ci hanno dato una camera in una struttura adiacente, era un ostello pagato per una notte 172 euro

Pros:

Likte at det var ganske kort vei til sentrum.

Cons:

Rommet så ikke ut som vist på bildene. Det ble heller ikke skikkelig rengjort på badet og i tillegg var det skjeggkre på rommet. Det var heller ikke så kjekt at det lå uteliggere rett ved hotelinngangen og sov om natten, selv om de ikke gjorde noen noe fortred.
