Optimum Luxury Hotel & Spa

I came for a week! Solo female traveller! Arrived to be told no outdoor pool which I wasn’t aware of as they had drained it! My patio door wouldn’t lock, phone in the room didn’t work! Room very tired looking in need of desperate refurb!!! Restaurant lights went out twice so in total darkness!

La chambre n’était pas assez propre rempli de poussière datant de plusieurs semaine personnel nonchalant à la limite aigris qui n’a pas envie d’être serviable les femmes de ménage ne passe pas le balai pour la plupart ce contante d’un coup de serpillière et puis s’en vont laissant toutes la poussière logé dans la chambre il n’y a pas de jaccuzi ni de salle de sport et puis d’ailleurs le frigo n’était pas fonctionnel nous en avons fait part à la réception sans aucune réponse ni modification de leur part ce qui est inadmissible

A lot of planes fly over the hotel to land at the airport. Since we stayed in a room outside the main building the noise from the planes were quite loud. The planes don't fly at night though, so it didn't interrupt our sleep. The roof in the room is very thin, so it's easy to hear the noise.

During my stay, I experienced multiple serious service failures. On the second day, there was no hot water available in my room, which meant I was unable to shower. On my final day, there was no water at all in my room. This resulted in a major hygiene issue, particularly after using the toilet.
When I reported this to your staff, no alternative solutions or assistance were offered. I also asked to speak with a manager and was informed that no manager was available. The lack of guidance or support in such a basic and serious situation was extremely concerning.
Access to water is a fundamental requirement for any hotel stay. The absence of this, combined with the lack of appropriate staff response, caused significant inconvenience and distress and fell far below acceptable service standards.

The sockets didn't work and litle bedroom night light too, BAd air from the the heating device,all room smells so bad the walls was dirty too.

No negatives, however if it had a gym it would be perfect.

Had problems with the plugs,dirty walls,bad smell in the badroom.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr schlecht.
Am ersten Tag war kein heißes Wasser für Tee da, die Kaffeemaschine funktionierte nicht, als wir uns entschlossen einen Saft zu trinken, stellten wir fest dass auch Dieser Automat nicht funktionierte.
Es gibt viel Grünzeug zu Essen.
Keinen Joghurt, Wurst waren immer nur 3 bis 4 scheiben da und wurde auch nicht aufgefüllt.
Das war nichts!!!

Das Frühstück hat mich diesmal nicht wirklich überzeugt, und das Personal war leider auch wenig freundlich nicht mal ein ‚Guten Morgen.

There were also some disappointing details. There were no bathrobes in the room, which feels strange for a hotel that promotes itself as a spa hotel. The minibar in the room was completely empty. After the first cleaning, two pillows were removed because only one person was staying in the room — I’ve never experienced a hotel being so “careful” with pillows. After the next cleaning, the foot towel disappeared as well.
At breakfast, their coffee machine broke, and instead of offering an alternative, they suggested buying coffee — even though breakfast is included in the room rate. In the hotel restaurant, there are no prices listed for alcoholic drinks, so you only find out at the end that a glass of local Efes beer costs €7.
The hotel is located not far from the airport, so planes fly quite low overhead, although you do get used to the noise after a while.
