Fire Alarm that blew up at the breakfast table and owner did not handle it well…people had to wake up In chaos for no reason..bad experience
I had a wonderful experience at the Wagon Wheel Hotel! The front desk gentleman was incredibly friendly and welcoming. He enthusiastically recommended both a Chinese restaurant and a Western one nearby — and both turned out to be absolutely delicious.
The next day, I even came back to the hotel just to use the Wi-Fi to finish some assignments, and he was still so kind and welcoming. He even offered me a freshly cut orange! Such a small gesture, but it really made my day.
The stay there was excellent! Very good location, nice staff and good breakfast!
Beds were very comfy and big!
The hotel front desk
Rooms were ok. Beds are very high off the floor, hard to get in or out. Breakfast was weird assortment, so we didn't eat.
Excellent location to Yellowstone. Clean and great breakfast - way more than just a continental. Walkable to restaurants and shops.
The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location in town. Breakfast options are somewhat limited, but still decent compared to other hotels in the same class.
An old hotel catering to Chinese tourists. But very comfortable, spacious room.
Very friendly and attentive staff, comfortable cozy room, easy fast check-in process. We enjoyed our stay so much that we just added on a second night. Thanks Wagon Wheel staff ❣️🌞
Staff was excellent, attentive and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again
Maz was so friendly and courteous. He took his time checking us in and explained everything to us. He even walked us to our room to make sure everything was in tiptop condition. The room was incredibly clean and comfortable. It was so quiet and we got an amazing night’s sleep. It was so nice to be able to sleep with the window open. We really enjoyed our stay. 10/10
Staff were very friendly, room was clean and well maintained. Towels were very plush.
Breakfast was ok.
Access to Yellowstone west was close by.
The room is just basic, but the bathroom is quite big.
Location is good for walking distance to center and close to Yellowstone entrance by car
The staff (one person) was unhelpful and notnot caring: he didn't have any knowledge of anything in the hotel and didn't care about anything but his phone.
The breakfast is a joke. Nothing to put on you toast except jam. Nothing to put on your cold pancake except shared peanut butter. We skipped breakfast a few times and went for something edible.
The shower had a flat floor that constantly spilled the water onto the bathroom.
The rooms had no noise insulation, so you other guests star waking you up at 6am
The in room refrigerator is quite loud
The property was okay but nothing out of ordinary.
The person at the front desk was clearly very sick but still working. The walls are very thin and people are moving around starting at 5 AM so my sleep is poor. My showerhead was spraying all over the wall and looks like it had for a long time.
My room was right next to the elevator. It was way too noisy. That’s a lot of money to spend for that kind of a room.
