Pros:

El personal fue muy amable desde el momento del check in, cada vez que pasábamos por recepción, eran muy cordiales.
La ubicación es buenísima, justa al lado de un Walmart y frente a varios restaurantes, una farmacia y otros locales comerciales.
Nuestra habitación estuvo en el sexto piso, y el ruido era casi nulo.

Cons:

Definitivamente el desayuno es una gran área de oportunidad; no me hubiese molestado pagar un poco más, por un mejor desayuno.

funcional como alternativa cerca del aeropuerto
Pros:

Estuvimos solo una noche previo a nuestro viaje a Quepos. El hotel cumple con lo básico para una estadía cerca del aeropuerto. Se puede llegar en un bus gratuito que sale del aeropuerto hasta el hotel de manera regular.

Cons:

En realidad no hay muchas opciones para comer cerca. Nosotros llegamos muy tarde en la noche y a esa hora no hay dónde comer nada.

Convenient but I’d look for other options for my next stay.
Pros:

The room was big and the bed very comfortable

Cons:

The shampoo and other dispensers in the shower. Useless system to pump product out or they were empty. Very annoying. They did not put real glasses or cups in room. They use paper disposable cups! It look like a cheap and inappropriate choice for the kind of hotel.
