Comfy, clean, and so kind - but bring a sound machine!
Pros:

The staff is absolutely wonderful and the rooms were clean, comfy, and nice for a one night stay. The hotel IS right by a major road that is very loud, but with a white noise machine it’s fine!

Diana and Andre were wonderful at breakfast and made sure I was taken care of even when I arrived as they were cleaning up!

The fitness center is simple but clean and they have fresh juices in the refrigerator of the gym!

Ideal für eine Nacht vor oder nach dem Flug. Sehr freundliches Personal. Late-check-out möglich bis 5pm für $50 möglich. Pool vom Nachbarhotel darf benützt werden.

Ok, aber nicht mehr als praktisch.
Cons:

Es gab nur einen Schlüssel pro Zimmer, obwohl wir einen zweiten wollten.
Zimmer lagen auch nicht nebeneinander, obwohl vor langer Zeit angefragt. Das kann man besser planen.
Mit dem Gepäck hilft einem keiner. Vor der Tür steht ein Türsteher herum, der nicht mitanpackt.

Die Klimaanlage ließ sich nicht verstellen. Obwohl andere Temperatur eingestellt und angezeigt war, veränderte sich die Temperatur nicht. Im Zimmer war es zu kalt.

Brief but easy stay!
Pros:

Close proximity to the airport and very clean. Great for 2 adults and 2 kids in a room.

Cons:

Noisy but that’s to be expected being close to MIA. You should do a registration for shuttle bus in the morning since people were waiting all over and some waiting inside didn’t get on.
