Pessoal atencioso na recepção e qualificado. O café da manhã ao lado do hotel é bom, os garçons não são simpáticos. A cama, ar-condicionado, tv, são ótimos. Ficamos em um quarto com varanda bem agradável.
Não tem elevador, apesar de ser baixo o prédio, seria importante para quem fica no andar superior.

Not impressed with David on Reception; a few things where he needs to learn customer service. Breakfast starts very late which is quite inconvenient for early tours etc.

Infraestructura moderna
El extractor no se apagó cuando apague la luz del baño. Estuvo funcionando por 1 hora aunque la recepcionista interviniera el tablero. Me dieron la posibilidad de cambio de pieza lo cual no fue autorizado. El extractor dejó de funcionar, pero Ante esta situacion no volví a encender la luz del baño para evitar que se repitiera por lo que tuve que encender la luz del pasillo para poder ver en el baño.
Por otra parte, el nivel de ruido de trajín durante la noche desde el primer piso se escuchaba en mi habitación, golpes como dejando caer cosas o puertas (así se escuchaba) y el alto volumen de uso del teléfono al parecer reproduciendo vídeos entorpeció mi descanso después del desagrado del extractor
Por ultimo decir que el desayuno se sirve el domingo a las 8.30 cuando recién el café está abriendo es contraproducente. A esa hora recién están acomodando todo y abriendo la cocina cuando debería estar funcionando.
El hotel es pequeñito pero la habitación amplia. A pasos del metro santa Lucía, es cercano a los lugares donde transitaba y muy seguro. El desayuno continental, espectacular y la atención del personal, estupenda.
La amabilidad del personal y las instalaciones en general son excelentes. La ubicación es muy conveniente si se busca conectar con un barrio turístico. Las habitaciones en las que me he alojado han coincidido fielmente con las fotografías de referencia. Sin duda, regresaré.
Solo mencionar que se ubica en un lugar de alto tránsito y que, en ocasiones, puede ser ruidoso si eso te complica. Otra cosa fue la presión de la ducha, que en ocasiones era muy baja y quizás se podría mejorar.
