Pros:

El trato del personal y la ubicación.

Cons:

Relacionado a la infraestructura. Humedad en el techo de la habitación que desprendió yeso. Los colchones de las camas estan bastante deformados, gastados.

Pros:

Près de la gare routière ado (15 minutes à pied) et du ponton gratuit Muelle *sinon l'autre ponton est à 10 pesos par personne à partir de 9h.
Grande chambre familiale propre mais meublée et décorée au strict minimum
Climatisation
On a été très content de pouvoir laisser nos bagages plus tôt le matin (check in à 15h).

Cons:

Pas d'eau chaude (prévenu au moment de la remise des clés) et pas de geste commercial proposé pour fe désagrément.
Un peu loin du centre de bacalar mais il n’y a pas non plus énormément de chose à y faire là bas.
L'environnement général du quartier semble un peu à l'abandon : c’est calme mais c’est triste car la lagune est exceptionnelle et mériterait que les alentours le soient aussi.

Warm ontvangst en een fijn verblijf.
Pros:

Het personeel wat zo ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam was. Schone kamer, warme douche en werkende airco.

Cons:

Het matras van het tweepersoonsbed was op 1 punt wat ingezakt. Ik sliep daar samen met mijn zoontje van 5 dus geen last van gehad. Koppels zouden dit wellicht wel vervelend kunnen vinden.

Siento que está muy vacío por dentro, estaría bien una cortina para la puerta principal y algún espejo

Hotel was ok. For the price it's worth your money. Easy to access . Great location. A/C and hot/Cold water working perfect..I would definitely come back if it's just to spend the night..

Cons:

No TV... But for the price it was ok..wifi was good..

Pros:

My room was a good size and with AC. It's 7 mins walk from ADO and 20 mins walk from the centre. Uber works from here.
There's a small cafe also.

Cons:

It is quiet and dark around the location at night.

Pros:

Mignon, climatisé, bonne connexion internet. Propre et personnel gentil. Leur restaurant est bon avec des prix corrects ! Proche de la gare ADO et de la lagune.

Lovely hotel with comfortable rooms, relaxing eco feel, in a quiet location.
Pros:

This was such a beautiful, peaceful hotel located just 5 minutes from the main streets of Bacalar. The staff were super friendly and kind, the social area at the front was beautifully kept, and rooms were clean and comfortable with great air con. Loved the shared balcony overlooking the jungle. They even had a newborn kitten when we arrived that we played with the whole time.

Baño sin ventilacion
Pros:

La ubicación. Es perfecta .puedes llegar caminando desde la central de autobuses ADO o tomar un taxi los cuales no pasan de $40.00 a cualquier parte de bacalar. También puedes llegar caminando a la laguna. Esta como a 10 minutos caminando.

Cons:

El baño de la habitación no tenía ventilacion o una ventana al exterior, por lo que el cuarto siempre olía a baño si no cerrabas la puerta.
La habitación no cuenta con TV y después de las 10 PM no puedes hacer ruido ni escuchar musica.
