Nel complesso buono !
Pros:

La struttura si trova a venti minuti dal centro, è vicinissimo c’è la fermata dell’autobus che in cinque minuti ti porta al centro della città.

Cons:

Colazione non sufficiente per soddisfare tutti gli ospiti, lenti nel rimpiazzare le poche cose a disposizione. Bisogna chiedere sempre qualcosa che manca. Personale cordiale.

Pros:

Stayed here for our first night in Albania. Checking in and finding the hotel was incredibly easy. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. They allowed us to leave our bags in hotel as we arrived early.

Parking was handy to have and easy to navigate. Staff gave us lots of recommendations and extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming.

The hotel is next to a gorgeous park which is a 5 minute walk away.

Donny helped us plan our driving route and passed on his local knowledge, making our trip a lot easier.

The rooms were lovely, bed comfortable, and facilities good. Would recommend to anyone coming to Tirana.

Twee of drie sterren hotel, absoluut geen vier
Pros:

Het personeel was best vriendelijk, maar problemen werden wat weggewuifd.
Het was er namelijk erg druk, druk, druk en volgeboekt. Terwijl we ook lege kamers zagen.

Cons:

Onze kamer was bij aankomst niet klaar. De vrouw voor ons werd 'verkeerdelijk' het dubbele van de prijs voor haar kamer aangerekend, een 'fout' die bij dit hotel blijkbaar wel meer gebeurt, blijkt uit reviews. Vervolgens kwam iemand een kamer opeisen voor een uur, de volgende gasten zouden dan toekomen.
Toen we 's avonds terugkeerden, waren er geen handdoeken, toiletpapier, thee of koffie voorzien in de kamer.
De kamer ligt naast een drukke baan, met uitzicht op en geluid van de drukke baan.
Het hotel ligt uit het centrum, van er naartoe te wandelen word je niet vrolijk, de bus nemen kan wel makkelijk.
Er is geen warm water voor de douche wanneer de kraan van het bidet openstaat.
Bij het ontbijt waren er geen gezonde opties, tenzij je heel vroeg opstaat, dan heb je ietwat tomaat en komkommer. Oliebollen, pizza, ... alles is koud.
Afhankelijk van bij wie je toekomt, moet je wel of niet betalen voor de sauna. Afhankelijk van die persoon kan het gedurende 24u of slechts tussen bepaalde uren. Er is geen wellness, ook al wordt gezegd van wel, uit een review nadien bleek dat er 7 maanden geleden ook geen was. Ik geloof dus niet dat er één gebouwd zal worden.
Bij vertrek hoorden we hoe een nieuwe werkneemster uitleg kreeg over hoe ze meer moet aanrekenen wanneer toeristen bancontact gebruiken.
Het rook dus naar oplichting, daar bleven we zelf gelukkig van gespaard. De sterren worden in Albanië precies wel heel erg makkelijk uitgedeeld.

Der Besitzer war sehr zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Das Hotel entspricht leider nicht mehr den Bildern. Die gesamte Innenausstattung wirkt dunkel und wenig einladend. Parkplätze sind zwar vorhanden (hintereinander), allerdings muss man den Autoschlüssel abgeben. Auch die Lage des Hotels empfanden wir als unangenehm.
