Bardzo miły,pomocny personel,pokój czysty, hotel położony w dobrej okolicy,w pobliżu dużo restauracji,spacerem pół godz od centrum.

Practical stay for couple of days.
Pros:

The staff was friendly and helping, the location was strategic and nice , the manager on day of arrival was a little disappointing to not go in details here , but charged me 14 euros more than the agreed amount stating POS terminal fees. Location is good and many attractions available within walking distance

Cons:

The breakfast has a variety and we can see the good will of the employee to prepare things, despite they are not provided by good quality items and several days no orange juice provided.
Rooms on superior floors giving directly on the highway are not enough soundproofed.

Great stay in Tirana
Pros:

The staff at reception are always ready to help, especially Enda. They went the extra mile to assist us with what we needed, especially when we needed a phonecall to tour operators etc. We also left our luggage after check-out as we had a late flight.

The hotel is central, just a 20 minute walk from the main square but it is positioned just opposite the main park, which we loved.

The staff took care of my needs, especially when I wanted my eggs for breakfast done the way I like.

Rooms were clean, comfy and ac worked fine. Hot water in shower worked well too. Wifi signal strong across the hotel.

I will stay again and recommend to friends.

Cons:

Some minor things to improve & suggestions:

A lampshade with soft lighting in room would be nice.

Shower water gets easily out of shower area and into the bathroom. But this is no big deal.

Pros:

The new w hotel was perfect for my trip to see the albania v england game the owners were first class nothing was too much trouble for them to make my stay a perfect stay thank you Tony ,Edward ,Edmund you have a great attitude to your guests probably the most welcoming hotel ive ever stayed in also tirana is well worth a visit with a very freindly population highly recommend

Personale, nella persona di Tany ed Elio, efficiente e disponibilissimo a risolvere i problemi o deficit del servizio e della struttura.
Persone simpatiche, empatiche, educate, disponibili e di cuore.
Parlano bene l’italiano

Cons:

Colazione poverissima quasi assente ,con cappuccino a pagamento e caffè già non disponibile dopo 10 minuti dall’orario d’inizio
Teli da bagno non per tutti gli ospiti e bagnati, colpa dell’ asciugatrice non funzionante
Kit da bagno poveri, no cuffia, no bagnoschiuma no carta igienica di scorta
