Disorganised but good food.
Pros:

Nice people, good breakfast and dinner, bathroom nice.

Dirty in places, seems disorganised with rooms as took us to room to start with and someone was occupying that room.

La cancellazione della mia prenotazione la mattina stessa del giorno di arrivo.

Ho risposto al messaggio inviatomi chiedendo una soluzione alternativa e hanno risposto seccamente che a causa di problemi tecnici non potevano onorare la prenotazione; sono dovuto recarmi personalmente all'albergo, dove in un primo momento ho ottenuto la stessa risposta, dopo mia insistenza hanno detto che SE il guasto veniva riparato mi avrebbero contattato; non muovendomi dall'area reception ho insistito fermamente affinché mi venisse trovata una soluzione alternativa in caso di guasto non riparato (come dove avvenire di norma: trovare una soluzione alternativa di livello pari o superiore senza aggravio di costi) e ho mostrato loro la mia richiesta di intervento del servizio clienti di booking.

Solo a questo punto mi hanno assicurato che avrei avuto una camera per la notte o da loro o in una struttura vicina e di tornare dopo le 15.

Tornato quasi alle 16, mi hanno fatto attendere nella hall per mezz'ora e infine mi hanno accompagnato in una vicina sistemazione alternativa (che si è rivelata ottima, pur essendo 3 stelle invece di 4: pulita, funzionale, con un ottimo servizio clienti).

Ho dovuto cambiare quindi il mio programma di passare la giornata a Berat, avendo perso più di mezza giornata: avevo prenotato la camera qualche giorno prima per muovermi con serenità senza preoccuparmi di dove sarei andato a dormire, potendo fare il check in anche in serata, ma il loro messaggio di prima mattina mi ha costretto a cambiare piani.

Pros:

Çalışanlar çok misafirperverdi. Bize kahve ikramında bulundular. :) Odalar tertemizdi. Hiçbir sorun yaşamadık. Ücretsiz park imkanı vardı. Tiran'da park yeri sorun oluyor. O yüzden araç kiralamayı düşünüyorsanız buna dikkat etmelisiniz.

Cons:

Sadece şehir merkezine biraz uzaktı. Ama yürüyerek yaklaşık 25 dakika sürüyor. Yürümeyi seviyorsanız sorun yaşamazsınız.

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent and made it very easy to explore the area. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay, always ready to assist. The hotel itself is beautiful and very clean, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend it.
