언젠가 다시 한번 오고싶은 곳
Pros:

객실에서의 전망이 너무좋았고, 직원들 또한 매우 친절했기에 오랫동안 기억에 남을 것 같습니다.
숙박 기간동안 8월1일 축제일을 경험했는데, 호텔 위치가 교회 앞이라 행렬의 시작을 함께 할 수 있는 아주 좋은 위치였습니다.
다음에 또 그린델발트에 오게된다면 꼭 다시 들르고 싶으며, 다른 분들에게도 경험해보시길 강력하게 추천합니다.

Cons:

숙박 요금은 좀 높은 편이며, 조식 메뉴는 대부분의 스위스 호텔과 마찬가지로 그리 다양하지는 않습니다.
다른 지역보다 훨씬 차가운 수도물이 지금도 생각납니다.

Würde wieder dort buchen
Pros:

Das Hotel ist modern und sehr gepflegt. Ruhig gelegen. Parkplätze und die Busstation grad nebenan.
Das Personal ist mega freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns einen entspannten Aufenthalt ermöglicht.

Pros:

Es war schon sehr gut, aber nicht in einem gesunden Verhältnis zum Preis. Restaurant/Abendessen war dafür exzellent zu einem wirklich angemessenen Preis.

Amazing property, friendly staff and stunning mountain views
Pros:

Amazing property, modern and very clean. The owners and staff are amazing, very friendly and helpfull also. The spa is very clean and the outdoor pool view is breathtaking.
You can buy excursion tickets from the hotel also and you get discounts.

Nice hotel, great dinner, but overpriced
Pros:

Nicely designed room, incredible dinner (set menu), it was really delicious! Nice fresh breakfast with real coffee and nice small touches like fresh ginger shots. Staff at dinner was super friendly.

Cons:

It felt a little overpriced. Yes the rooms are nicely designed, but the spa is at an extra charge and honestly I wouldn't even classify it as a real spa - there's just a small hot tub and a sauna. Charging extra for this considering the high room price didn't feel quite right. There also weren't really any other extras that justified the room price. The dinner was incredible but that does come with an extra price tag (which in my opinion was more worth it than paying this much for the hotel itself). The receptionist that welcomed us also wasn't so friendly, he was a bit strange. Would be better if one of the family members who served us during dinner would welcome guests at reception.

יום אחד הגעתי בשעה 21:30 ,והמלון חושך, אין בן אדם שיפתח את דלת כניסה למלון . ואף אחד לא הסביר לי איך אני ניכנס במצב כזה . בסוף נכנסתי מדלת צדדית עם מפתח של החדר .
אין לחמניות , יש מתקן לקליית פרוסות לחם , אין לחם פרוס ,לא מביאים. הלחם קשה .
