Pros:

Everything is new, modern, chic and comfortable. The hotel staff Lars and Andras gave the best tips for us to trek around the region, amazing hospitality!

Great place with spectacular views
Pros:

The staff was superb - friendly and genuinely helpful. They gave us several recommendations all of which were excellent.

The room was clean, quiet, comfortable and had a spectacular view.

Cons:

There was a lot of hanging storage and shelf storage but no drawers at all.

Un hotel al que siempre querría regresar
Pros:

Todo, fuimos muy bien recibidos por Matthias, que nos recogió en la estación de tren y nos dio detalles de las excursiones que teníamos pensado hacer. El hotel es muy bonito y acogedor, la habitación estaba impecablemente limpia y con unas vistas maravillosas. En el desayuno todos los productos son de mucha calidad y lo que no te puedes perder es el menú de estrella Michelin de su restaurante, elaborado por la chef Aurélien Mettler, así como una cena de comida típica suiza en el hotel Gletschergarten de los padres de Matthias y Lars (que está justo al lado, es precioso y el personal también es muy amable).

Increíble hotel familiar con un restaurante TOP
Pros:

Es un alojamiento inmejorable. El equipo que lo lleva no puede ser más amable, por algo llevan 5 generaciones en el negocio.
La habitación está muy bien y tenía unas vistas increíbles.
El desayuno también muy bueno, buen café, buena variedad, los panes estaban realmente espectaculares y el shot de jengibre riquísimo.
El restaurante es espectacular, a mi mujer no le gusta el queso (en Suiza!!) y el menú fue adaptado para no tener ni traza del mismo.
Tienen una bodega muy extensa y vinos de casi cualquier lugar, nosotros aprovechamos para probar un vino nacional que resultó ser un acierto.
Por último, lo mejor de todo, el equipo del hotel, muy amables y dispuestos a hacerte la estancia lo mejor posible. Nos ayudaron con nuestros trails dándonos tips muy buenos, incluso nos aconsejaron de nuestro siguiente destino (Lucerna)

Just perfect!
Pros:

The wood was beautiful! Smelt fabulous when you went in! Amazing staff! Nothing too much trouble! Martin’s smiles and helpfulness at breakfast was a delight! The food was exceptional!! Our walk with Trude was fabulous! All in all a brilliant week!

Magical stay with amazing staff and delicious breakfast
Pros:

The hotel was incredible. One of my favourite properties I ever stayed at. The staff were extremely lovely and super helpful. The property was very well though out. The rooms were a good size. Grindelwald can get very busy but since this hotel is only a 5 minute walk away from the main attraction of Grindelwald, it was nice to be away from all the hustle and bustle to enjoy the quietness of the mountains but at the same time super accessible to all the shops, transportation links and restaurants. Breakfast was incredible too! Love the pastries from their own bakery across the street.

Cons:

The only thing to fault is the lack of some disposable toiletries but I know the property is a sustainable property so I was prepared for that. Anyhow, you can get to the supermarket in Grindelwald with a short walk and get everything you need. Oh! Also, we didn't get to try the food at their parent's hotel next door as it was fully booked. It looked amazing. Make sure to book in advance!

Great location, excellent staff.
Pros:

Location was great, staff were excellent, Clothes washing facilities were a bonus. Onsen spa was worth the additional cost. Used it every day of our stay.

Cons:

Fly screens on the bedroom windows would help. As it was quite hot when we stayed and the rooms do not have air-conditioning.

언젠가 다시 한번 오고싶은 곳
Pros:

객실에서의 전망이 너무좋았고, 직원들 또한 매우 친절했기에 오랫동안 기억에 남을 것 같습니다.
숙박 기간동안 8월1일 축제일을 경험했는데, 호텔 위치가 교회 앞이라 행렬의 시작을 함께 할 수 있는 아주 좋은 위치였습니다.
다음에 또 그린델발트에 오게된다면 꼭 다시 들르고 싶으며, 다른 분들에게도 경험해보시길 강력하게 추천합니다.

Cons:

숙박 요금은 좀 높은 편이며, 조식 메뉴는 대부분의 스위스 호텔과 마찬가지로 그리 다양하지는 않습니다.
다른 지역보다 훨씬 차가운 수도물이 지금도 생각납니다.

Das Hotel ist modern und sehr gepflegt. Ruhig gelegen. Parkplätze und die Busstation grad nebenan.
Das Personal ist mega freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns einen entspannten Aufenthalt ermöglicht.
