Красивый вид, чистота, просторный номер. Наличие спа. Есть халаты, тапочки и тканевые маски для лица. Очень классный душ с причиной подачей воды и хорошим напором.

The location was very convenient, and the staff are all very friendly. It is minutes away walking from the First Bahn and other ski shops, which made our trip really convenient. The breakfast even though having limited options, was with good quality food and enough for us. The facilities are modern and cozy, making us feel at home. The view from the room was incredible. We would love to come back again! The hotel was locked during the night with no staff attending, but was accessible from the back door with hotel key.

L’ambiance de l’hôtel avec le personnel qui est aux petits soins, on se sent comme à la maison ! Les chambres son spacieuses et très cocooning. Le petit déjeuner est complet avec des produits locaux de qualité !

Et ne pas manquer la superbe expérience culinaire au sein du restaurant de l’hôtel le soir. Un must.

What a nice, charming hotel in a perfect Swiss village. Located at end of the main strip of town the hotel has great views and yet is a short walk from all the town restaurants and shops.

The hotel itself is new and has the modern amenities and fixtures (e.g., bathroom) with that traditional alpine charm. Wish we were on a slightly higher floor for even better views but we loved having rooms across from each other for family of four. There is also a small spa on site with sauna and a hot tub. We used it couple of days despite it being frigid outside! It was great way to chill after a day of activities.

But most important thing about this place is the service. From the time you walk in, you know you are in for a different experience. Having someone walk you thru your plans for the stay, making sure you have booked restaurants, looking to help you with activities…it was unique. We also happen to have some allergens - and each morning the staff knew already and we were served gluten and diary free options. That was just so nice!

It is a family run hotel of some scale - and the fact that you feel “home” shows how much they care about their guests and how proud they are of what they have built.

Our only complaint was lack of ability to control the heating but with windows open, we managed thru that. And our only regret was not being able to try their restaurant- which looked amazing! We couldn’t because of the allergens and we truly appreciated they let us know ahead of time and made arrangements for us across the street at their other hotel.

Can’t wait to be back!

The check-in experience was great and the staff were very helpful. The hotel room and hotel facilities were amazing. Breakfast was also good. Highly recommended

A beautiful boutique hotel in the most stunning part of Grindelwald. Nothing was too much trouble and the combination of location, great service and high quality accommodation made this a special experience.

Mein Geburtstag wurde sehr gewürdigt, allerdings hab ich sie auch vorher wissen lassen, dass ich Geburtstag habe. ;)

We visited Grindelwald 2 years ago, and had the most amazing dinner here. This time, we decided to stay with them in their perfectly appointed accommodation. From the time we arrived, we were treated so well. Friendly staff all day long!
We enjoyed phenomenal views from our corner suite on our private outdoor balcony, and slept so peacefully on our comfy bed. Our room was very spacious, clean and was kept tidy during our entire stay. The walk-in shower had great pressure and was a good size. I appreciated the sink outside the shower/toilet room. Maybe could have used a few more towel hanging hooks near the sink and a shaving mirror? (tiny issue)
The hotel is an easy short walk into what is center town, but the location is perfect if you appreciate restful sleep. There is an elevator, and a level/flat entry, so if you have mobility challenges, it is safe and easy to navigate.
We were provided great recommendations for restaurants and activities.
Nearby, there is a good option for dinner (next door at Gletschergarten), and a great cafe (Kringle) to grab a snack.
Their breakfasts were outstanding! (I should've asked them to package and sell me their homemade granola to go.) Once again, we had another memorable fine dining experience in their fantastic restaurant. Wow!
So much personal care has gone into this lovely place. I'm planning our next trip back!

This hotel is extremely clean, staff friendly and stylish. Recently done, the onsite owner shows care and the staff was outstanding (Andrew!). The restaurant was good and the tasting menu was an (expensive) excellent experience with something like 15 different exquisite plates. One might be excused not to consider cows in your hotel plans, however our room was ‘blessed’ with 24x7 cowbells, which precluded keeping the windows open at night. Might ask for a room not facing the field behind the hotel, though ours featured 2 balconies and to die for views. If I have to point out a flaw it would be style over function (dim lighting, shelf that impeded reading in bed) in the room, though that’s getting picky.

Very comfortable rooms and a great onsen.
The hospitality and service and friendliness of staff were perfect. This hotel should serve as a model example of how other hotels should operate. Every single person who worked there communicated well and provided exceptional help and advice.
Truly felt like home.

Oh - do NOT pass on dinner here.
Of the three dinners we had in Grindelwald/Interlaken, this was arguably the best one.
