Haya Hotel Phu Quoc, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

The hotel is located on the main road not too far from the night market, it is in a really good location with many places to eat and drink. There are a number of supermarkets close by too. The hotel has a nice swimming pool, the rooms are clean and the staff friendly, the breakfast room is spacious.

The staff are so wonderful, they paid close attention to detail after my first breakfast request and continued to provide it without me asking every day since that first day! The breakfast buffet is so good too.

I loved the sound of the ocean at night in the apartment. The view of the ocean is amazing too. It’s peaceful and quiet in the room I stayed in. The room is modern and immaculately clean, I notice it (how clean it is) because I have allergies and every other hotel I been too there’s always dust etc but it just felt so great to stay here. The beach is close, shops are close. The bed is so comfortable too.

I don’t have any negatives about this hotel it’s honestly 5 star in my opinion. I’ve been to Vietnam and stayed in a lot of different places in the last 3 months (I left for Europe and returned again). I’ll be coming back to this hotel again that’s for sure!

We stayed here for 2 nights. The room was clean, comfortable, dry and spacious. friendly staff, efficient communication for booking and airport shuttle. Delicious buffet breakfast. Coffee was great, pho was yum. We had a great time Staying here.

This hote staff is terrible, I was planning to go therebin June 2024 and he took 3 days for them to understand my request modify my booking, they make me to argue with them and still don't understand by email or calling , the most terrible is they don't have any feelings for the client, they don't care, they really need an appropriate training yo understand, follow the request, really bad service, I suggest do not book this hotel if you willing to spend a quiet vacation in this lovely island

We had the suite with sea view and stayed for 3 nights .. It was so calming to wake up to the view every morning. We are also pleased with the housekeeping and service staff in general. Although the breakfast menu hardly change, it was nice to have the food prepared only you order and the food comes hot instead of those precooked and left in the tray. We look forward to returning to our room every time we head out for the day... There is also a supermarket opposite which makes it convenient to get our groceries. I'd definitely reccomend this hotel and would love to come back again. If there is a slight area for improvement... It would be the shower which the water pressure can be higher. Otherwise we are really pleased with our stay and hope they keep it up!

My partner and I stayed in the Haya Hotel for 14 nights and I must say it was a great experience. Our suite on the 8th floor was beautiful and the view was stunning. Our time in Phu Quoc was most memorable. The hotel is situated on Long Beach right in the centre of the resort where there are many restaurants and cafes and close to The Night Market.
I highly recommend this family run hotel.

Very nice and clean rooms. Unlike often in SEA a "proper" shower (not the whole bathroom gets wet when you shower).
Very friendly and helpful staff. There was a electrical problem in my room. Electrician to fix it arrived withing 20 minutes.
The free included Breakfast is alright. A short walk to a very pretty beach.

Perfect everything was so good good room good pool and perfect the working people the breakfast so good whit everiyting you want and very kind people so i recommend it a lot, near the city center and a lot restaurants and markets in the besides

Amazing bed! And the pillows were fluffy and nice. This hotel has a great pool to relax at. It is quiet and the hotel staff is very nice and speak excellent English. If you are looking to stay in phu quoc here is a good location near the beach and the town.

Hotel is in a wonderful location, the staff are so nice and the room is clean and has a great view. Super close to the beach. Pool is quiet and very clean, it was the best pool I have swam in while I was in phu quoc. You are also in the middle of the island.

Lovely hotel who accommodated us last minute, and extended our stay for us whilst we were here. Good facilities!
Breakfast was good too, food cooked to order and good choices. Rooms always cleaned each day.
