Pros:

The location was 10/10. The guy on the reception was very nice.

Cons:

I made reservation for a room without a balcony but with a large window. We ended up with a room on the last floor with balcony but the ceiling was descending and made it uncomfortable combined with the higher sections in the bathroom and around the bed. The room wasn't what I excepted and what was showed in the pictures.
Also the windows had zero sound isolation so it didn't really matter if I close or open the window.

Not worth staying there
Pros:

Location

Cons:

No decent sound installation. The room next to the Main Street and all noise could be heard. There was a weird ticking noise coming at midnight from the celling.

Would stay here again 100%
Pros:

I was not sure what to expect since the price was on the cheap side, but the room was perfect and very clean. The bathroom was larger than most of the small hotels I’ve been to which is great as I am 190cm.

Location is extremely convenient for everything.

Cons:

The only downside is there is no elevator, but that’s not a big deal for me.

Budget, confortable, friendly and honest staff ✌️
Pros:

We had a great stay - as a budget option it was perfect for us. Yaşar is a nice, honest guy and offered us tea and asked if we ever needed anything to contact him. Location was great, we walked everywhere but the public transport options are nearby and easy to access. We stayed three nights and would recommend to anyone who wants a good budget option in this area. Complaints I read about noise were interesting, you’re in a city so I don’t know why some guests are surprised. It also wasn’t that noisy for us? We had the balcony room so you had to take stairs to the fourth floor but it was nice to see the birds and the sky. Wifi was on the back of our door, check out was simple. Also know! Booking.com is banned in Türkiye so you will be asked to pay when you arrive with card or cash. I was confused at this but realised this is how it is

Cons:

My only recommendation would to be to have some coffee sachets (nestle) in the rooms so we can have coffee with the kettle. But I’m sure if I asked Yaşar he would’ve offered me some :)

Pros:

Хорошая локация, приемлемые цены, особенно понравилась девушка по имени Дина. Но не всегда был чистый и аккуратный. Помогла мне с переводом, все переводила четко и ясно❤️

Pros:

Cazarea are nevoie de îmbunătățiri. Nu era suficient de cald în cameră, baia este mică, am observat mucegai, iar lipsa informațiilor privind parcarea a dus la ridicarea mașinii noastre din fața hotelului.
