Very nice and defenetly would recommend it.
Pros:

Very clean. Friendly staff and easy check in without complications.

Cons:

Everything was perfect, the only thing that was not „so“ nice was the view out the window. However that was overshadowed by the overall very good rest of our stay.

Η τοποθεσία , πολύ κοντά σε σταθμό και ήσυχη γειτονιά ,η χαμηλή τιμή , η άνεση στο δωμάτιο καθώς ήταν αρκετά μεγαλο

Η πετσέτα του μπάνιου φαινοταν βρώμικη ,παλιά αντικείμενα και φθορά λόγω χρονου

Sauberkeit hat gepasst, Lage war gut

Cons:

Leider war das Zimmer so aufgeheizt, dass es fast unmöglich war, sich darin aufzuhalten. Es war ein heißer Tag, ja, trotzdem hätte ich erwartet, dass das Hotel Maßnahmen ergreift, um den Zimmern eine angenehme Temperatur zu geben. Den Balkon habe ich mir mit dem Nachbarzimmer geteilt, hier war keine Absperrung o.ä., so dass ich nachts nicht mal die Balkontür für kühle Luft offen lassen konnte. Der Ventilator war sehr laut und hat nicht wirklich geholfen. Das Wlan war außerdem sehr langsam.
Für den Preis doch eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung.

NIE WIEDER. Avoid. Unsafe.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war extrem geräumig, 80er Style, gut ausgestattet, mit Sofa, Schreibtisch, Kühlschrank. In die Jahre gekommen, aber größtenteils sehr heile.

Bett bequem. Bad sehr modern. Sehr ruhige Lage, gutes Dachfenster.

Cons:

War absolut nicht geht ist, dass die Tür des Hotels offen stand. Es war sehr gut über Schlüsselfach auch spät selbst hineinzukommen. ABER die Hoteleingangstür
fiel dann nicht zu, sondern blieb offen.

Als ich am Fahrstuhl stand, stand plötzlich mit etwas Abstand ein etwa 30-jähriger Mann, der um Geld bettelte.
Ich sagte ihm ruhig mehrfach, er müsse das Hotel verlassen.
Die Situation war beherrschbar. Aber brandgefährlich, falls es ein anderer Mann gewesen wäre mit kriminelle n Absichten. UNFASSBAR.

Super Lage mit Super Aussicht
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels war gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln geknüpft und war auch leicht zu erreichen zu Fuß

Cons:

Es wäre eventuell zu überlegen eine Klimaanlage in das Zimmer einzubauen, da sich das Zimmer schnell aufheizen kann

Super clean but always missing something!

Super Friendly staff!

Cons:

The breakfast costs 15€ and you barely have options. There was a lot of things missing. not worth it at all.

Pros:

Lage ist sehr nah an Straßenbahn-Haltestelle U6.
Zimmer nach hinten raus sind sehr leise.

Cons:

Zimmer nach vorne raus sind abends laut, da etliche Kneipen in der Nähe sind.
