Excellent appartement!
Pros:

The location was good for us as it was right on the road we were traveling on the next day. There was self check in and out. Most important thing of the accommodation is that no matter how old the accommodation is, if its perfectly clean, then its excellent. This was not old appartement, it was clean and that always does the trick! Keep up the good standard!

Miestelis gražioje vietoje, kalnų apsuptyje. Šalia apgyvendinimo įstaigos yra puikus ežeriukas.

Wygodne spanie w dużej sypialni - to największy plus tego miejsca
Pros:

Ładnie, czysto i przestronnie. Wygodne, duże łóżka . Duże pokoje. Ogromny taras. Blisko sklepy. Duży, bezpłatny parking.

Cons:

Mała łazienka z bardzo wąską kabiną prysznicową. Słuchawka prysznica cieknąca z kilku stron. Kabina prysznicowa nie doklejona do podłogi i przeciekała. Woda się lała po podłodze. Ani jednego wieszaka na ręczniki. Nie było gdzie odwiesić ręczników.

Słychać osoby mieszkające piętro wyżej, praktycznie każdy ich krok czy korzystanie z toalety.

Mało miejsca w kuchni i skromne wyposażenie.

Schody metalowe, dziurawe, nie dla psów (trzeba wnosić).

The owner does not perform his duties
Pros:

Spacious and clean accommodation, not luxury, but functional

Cons:

I didn't get the door code. After a couple of phone calls, the doors were opened remotely. (No need to explain that I was 20 minutes earlier than I had estimated - I didn't even get the code by the original time.) The room was a couple of degrees cooler than the 30 degree outside air. The major ceiling light didn't work. Very rough sheets on the bed. High price for what you got. Materials were cheaper than in a normal hotel room and the owner minimizes all his work.

In her answer below the owner claims that I booked same day that is not true. I booked 2 months in advance.
