Important information:

An Infrastructure tax was introduced by the Zanzibar government from 1st July 2015. The tax of US$5 per person per day is to be collected by the hotel accommodations from all inhouse guests on behalf of the Zanzibar Revenue Board (ZRB). This amount is payable directly on check-in.

We accept MasterCard and Visa. Please be advised that all credit card payments will incur a surcharge of 3%.

For bookings of up to 5 rooms, a different cancelation policy applies. Cancelations must be made at least 60 days before arrival to avoid a 100% cancelation fee. Additionally, prepayment is required 60 days prior to arrival. Failure to remit payment by the deadline will result in the reservation being released.

Pros:

The room itself and the hotel decor are really nice and traditional, breakfast was good and the staff helpful.

Cons:

Unfortunately my friend woke up with bed bugs bites and that kind of spoiled our stay. The staff moved her to another room, bigger and nicer, but of course we could not sleep well. The location was central but in a dark alley, so walking back at night was not super comfortable.

Midden in het centrum waar het prima verblijven is voor een paar dagen.
Pros:

Bedden waren top. Ruime kamers. Uitgebreid ontbijt en vriendelijk personeel.
Absoluut waar voor je geld.

Cons:

Ruimte om kleding op te bergen is er niet.
Wc bril klep bleef niet omhoog.

Stanza molto bella. Posizionata nel centro della medina. Ottima pulizia, l'ambiente rispecchia totalmente le aspettative.
Il personale è gentilissimo e disponibilissimo. La colazione buona.

Cons:

Il servizio di comunicazione passa attraverso un centralino che è totalmente impersonale e per questo motivo appare poco affidabile, ma in verità tutto funziona bene!
