Important information:

An Infrastructure tax was introduced by the Zanzibar government from 1st July 2015. The tax of US$5 per person per day is to be collected by the hotel accommodations from all inhouse guests on behalf of the Zanzibar Revenue Board (ZRB). This amount is payable directly on check-in.

We accept MasterCard and Visa. Please be advised that all credit card payments will incur a surcharge of 3%.

For bookings of up to 5 rooms, a different cancelation policy applies. Cancelations must be made at least 60 days before arrival to avoid a 100% cancelation fee. Additionally, prepayment is required 60 days prior to arrival. Failure to remit payment by the deadline will result in the reservation being released.

A beautiful stay in a perfect location, lovely atmosphere and room, I'd happily stay again

I loved everything about my stay. The location was perfect, the atmosphere was lovely, and my room was beautiful, perfect boutique vibe. I especially loved my large balcony. Staff were amazing!

Cons:

The only downside was the limited breakfast options.

Sehr zentrale und authentische Unterkunft mit freundlichem Personal, aber sehr kleinen Zimmer.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns viele gute Tipps gegeben. Touren können auch direkt über die Unterkunft gebucht werden, was sehr praktisch ist. Das Frühstück war okay und insgesamt wirkt die Unterkunft sehr authentisch. Die Lage ist außerdem super zentral, sodass man vieles bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind wirklich sehr klein und für zwei Personen teilweise schon etwas eng. Außerdem ist die Unterkunft etwas hellhörig, sodass man andere Gäste hören kann. Gelegentlich gab es Stromausfälle, was auf Sansibar allerdings nicht ungewöhnlich ist. Die Unterkunft hat Generatoren, die schnell einspringen, daher war das für uns kein großes Problem.

La struttura é in generale curata e pulita. Lo staff molto disponibile e gentile e la posizione é comoda, nel centro di stone town

La stanza però era molto piu piccola che nelle foto e molto buia dato che si trovava all livello della strada. Il bagno piccolo e senza areazione, con la doccia praticamente accanto al water

Very disappointed with how they handled my case and ended up losing all my money. Even a percentage of my money as a ref

The property is not as advertised on the photos. The rooms are small and you can not access it by car. You have to walk a long distance through the narrow dirty streets of stone town. It is not ideal for elderly and does not accomodate people with disabilities as the stairs are very steep. Lost my money and couldn’t get a refund at all. Many cats everywhere
