Important information:

An Infrastructure tax was introduced by the Zanzibar government from 1st July 2015. The tax of US$5 per person per day is to be collected by the hotel accommodations from all inhouse guests on behalf of the Zanzibar Revenue Board (ZRB). This amount is payable directly on check-in.

We accept MasterCard and Visa. Please be advised that all credit card payments will incur a surcharge of 3%.

For bookings of up to 5 rooms, a different cancelation policy applies. Cancelations must be made at least 60 days before arrival to avoid a 100% cancelation fee. Additionally, prepayment is required 60 days prior to arrival. Failure to remit payment by the deadline will result in the reservation being released.

Lovely place to stay in Stone Town
Pros:

The property staff were very kind and helpful. The location was very good and the cozy breakfast area was just right for their nice breakfast.

Cons:

I don’t mind stairs but that could be a challenge for some people

Pros:

El desayuno muy bien, buen café, opciones a pedido (como omelettes). Muy amable y agradable el personal. También ofrecieron cuidar mi equipaje por un par de horas luego de mi checkout.

Cons:

Es una casona vieja. Eso no es problema en si, pero por ejemplo el baño se inundaba (tardaba en irse el agua luego de una ducha). La habitación olía a humedad. La ubicación es en la zona céntrica-comercial de StoneTown. De noche es bastante desolado y con poca iluminación. Si te mueves solx puede no ser tan cómodo o agradable, aunque todo el mundo dice que es muy seguro.

Peut mieux faire
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner était exceptionnel. Les chambres bien décorées et agréables

Cons:

Ma chambre donnait sur le générateur qui faisait un tel bruit qu’il était impossible de dormir. J’ai changé de chambre. Dans le nouvelle chambre la Clim ne fonctionnait pas, il y a une fuite d’eau toute la nuit et la serrure de la porte ne se fermait pas. Pas génial pour la sécurité.

J’ai séjourné à la Shaba boutique hôtel à Stonetown, c’était une expérience absolument remarquable.
L’emplacement est idéal, en plein cœur de Stonetown, tout se fait à pied. Le décor est charmant, la chambre que j’ai occupée était splendide, avec sa propre terrasse. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux, et le personnel était aux petits soins, absolument gentil et dévoué. Ils m’ont vraiment aidé, avec des conseils parfaits pour organiser mes visites. Un immense merci au personnel pour leur gentillesse et leur dévouement. Grâce à eux, mon séjour a été inoubliable.
