Radisson RED Gdansk

Amazing hotel in a perfect central locstion.

Lovely stay in the Radisson RED appartements. It might be worth updating the Google page for the appartements as they say they are permanently closed. Other than that, a great place to stay in Gdansk.

The room was spacious and clean, the bed was very comfortable however the check in process was bizarre.

Firstly, right before our stay I notice the hotel is listed as permanently closed on Google and it is not taking any bookings on Expedia. I message the property to confirm but there is no response - I had not received any response to any of my earlier messages either.

On arrival, we find the building but there is no signage. We walk in and it’s empty, no people and no staff. We find someone and they tell us to go to Radisson Blu to check in.

We walk to Radisson Blu and check in, everything is smooth and fine.

We go back to Radisson Red building, find our room and that was fine.

The room itself was spacious and clean. The bed was large and comfortable.

What we did find odd was that there was only a bathtub in the bathroom. No shower. The bathtub did have a detachable head but it was very awkward and uncomfortable to bathe. I’m not sure why a room would only be available with a tub and not a shower. This was not disclosed in the booking.

Overall our stay was fine. However if I knew I was in an unstaffed, empty hotel I would not have booked this. I had already paid so felt like I didn’t have a choice. It did not feel safe and especially as I would need to walk out to another hotel to reach reception.

I also found it unacceptable as the listing noted that it has 24/7 staffed reception. Overall, I am disappointed in the misleading listing.

The room may advertise a kitchenette and yes that is technically true, but they don't actually give you equipment to cook with so save your money, get a smaller room and enjoy the local restaurants instead

Points positifs: belle vue, super design, grande chambre, silencieux, super bien situé en plein centre et parking disponible.et payant très pratique.

Je considère l'annonce mensongère où il est présenté des photos de la piscine mais il faut payer autour de 20€ en plus par personne.
Ceci n'est nullement mentionné. Pourquoi indiqué que le parking est payant sur l'annonce mais rien n'est indiqué pour la piscine.

Le support hôtels.com m'a dit de payer quand même puis de demander le remboursement. Mais j'ai laissé tombé, je n'ai pas que cela à faire.

Je ne comprends pas que l'équipe marketing de cette chaîne d'hôtel mente sur l'équipement de la piscine en affichant des belles photos de spas sans dire que ce n'est pas inclus.

Aussi le réceptionniste du matin ne vous regarde même pas et pas de bonjour alors que je passé devant lui et personne d'autre autour. Ignorance du client. Management bizarre pour un 4-5 étoiles.

Quelle mauvaise image. J'irai la prochaine fois sur une autre marque d'hôtel.

Idyllinen hotelli loistavalla sijainnilla ravintoloiden keskellä. Ihanat huoneet joelle. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Pieni miinus aamiaisen puuttumisesta tai lähinnä siitä että se oli toisessa rakennuksessa.

Service eine Katastrophe.Wir waren 6 nächte im Hotel.Am 1.Tag reklam ierten wir das d as Schloß an der Zimmertür defekt sei und das Zimmer sich nicht abschließen lies.Jeder konnte so ins zimmer bei Tag und Nacht hereinkommen.Sehr unangenehm.Nach 4 Std kam ein Haustechniker der jedoch nicht in der Lage war das Schloß zu reparieren.Wir versuchten dann ein anderes Zimmer zu bekommen,es wurde jedoch abgelehnt angeblich wäre alles ausgebucht,obwohl man das Hotel noch über Hotels com buchen konnte-ein toller Service.Nach weiteren wiederholten reklamatione die vergeblich waren,bekamen wir endlich nach 4(!)Nächten ein neues Schloß!Ein tioller "SAervice".Es erfolgte keine Entschuldigung oder Gutschrift oder ähnliches was ich hiermt reklamiere.So etwas ist für ein gehobenes hotel eine Zumutung!

Lovely property but reception staff lacking. No information in room and no explanation on check in about facilities at other Radisson hotel. A smile or a good morning would have been nice! Didn't even look up as we passed.

Centralt läge med bra ljudisolerade rum, fräscht och rent. Enda minuset är att personalen inte slösar på leendet eller hälsar på gäster när dom kommer och går trots att det bara finns 30 rum.

Our stay at this hotel was excellent, great city

Rigtig fint hotel og værelse, det eneste minus, er at der kun var badekar.

Ruokailupaikkoja paljon hotellin lähistöllä.
Hotellli aivan joenrannassa.
Sänky oli hyvä.

Mycket bra hotell centralt i gamla Gdansk.
Restauranger i omedelbar närhet trevligt folkliv.

Flott hotell, super beliggenhet, litt harde senger og kjøleskapet var ikke kaldt

I appreciated their program encouraging guests to opt out of daily room cleaning. They gave you a little gift. But, the gift was a magnet thing with Radisson commercial. Guess I was hoping for a bit more, since they also are saving time and money.

Bathrooms tube wrong placed , the whole bathroom was completely wet after shower
The room couldnot be dark enough , curtains let light in.

Jag behövde checka in lite tidigare och det ordnades, vilket jag var väldigt tacksam för.

Svømmebasseng MÅ bookes og betales for, fitness room var i følge Rd Suites ikke tilgjengelig for andre gjester. Resepsjonistene på Rd Red lite villige til å hjelpe oss.

Veldig fint rom. Stort. Genialt med hems til kidsa. Stort bad.Vi var 2 voksne og 2 barn. Litt hard seng. Badet var veldig fint og stort. Men badekar, ble veldig vått på golvet. Minus for ikke frokost og ikke basseng. Veldig sentralt. Perfekt beliggenhet.
