I truly appreciate the hotel manager's approach. He acted professionally and regularly checked in with us throughout our stay to make sure everything was alright. He made a genuine effort to make up for the unpleasant experience we had at the beginning during check-in, which I greatly appreciated. Thanks to his attitude, we are not leaving with negative feelings. On the contrary, we would definitely consider staying here again.

I would also like to mention that when we ordered breakfast, the hotel manager kindly offered us a discount. As I mentioned before, his professionalism really stood out. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but what matters is how they are handled, and his approach was exemplary. I found that very admirable.

Cons:

I sent a message to the accommodation one day before our arrival asking if it would be possible to check in earlier, but I never received a reply.

We arrived at 3:00 PM, which was the official check-in time. However, there was no one at the reception—only self-service kiosks and many confused guests who, just like us, were unable to check in.

I then went to the fourth floor, where I found the hotel manager. He explained that an unusually large number of guests had checked out that day, so the housekeeping staff were running behind schedule. He told me that he would call me as soon as our room was ready.

In the end, everything happened as he said. By that time, however, we had already gone to the surfing venue because we had a reservation at a specific time.

I understand that situations like this can happen, and it wasn't a major issue. What was missing was better communication from the accommodation. If we had been informed about the delay, we could have planned our day accordingly instead of waiting at the hotel reception.

dicht bij luchthaven , eenvoudig maar proper en net.
Pros:

Het voldoet aan het gene we verwachten.
Heel dichtbij in de buurt is een uniek surfbad.
Ga er zeker eens een kijkje nemen.

Cons:

We checkten zelfstandig in aan een loket in de inkomhal.
Deze was gesloten door sluit uur receptie.
Dit verliep niet heel vlot. We hadden erg veel problemen om ons telefoonnummer in te geven.
Je voelt je eenzaam en weet niet waar hulp vragen . De inkom is helemaal achteraan , dat vonden we vreemd.
Toen de receptie een paar uur later open was werden we wel vriendelijk onthaald.

Gutes Hotel für einen entspannten Start in den Urlaub vom Flughafen München aus
Pros:

Durch die relative Abgelegenheit des Flughafens und damit auch dieses "Flughafen-Hotels" eher kein Ort für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Aber eben durch die Nähe zum Flughafen ideal für einen Kurzaufenthalt vor dem Abflug am nächsten Morgen. Die Erreichbarkeit via S-Bahn und Bus von München aus ist gut, ebenso die Erreichbarkeit des Flughafens. Das Zimmer war sauber, komfortabel und modern eingerichtet und trotz Flughafennähe ruhig, das Frühstücksbuffet gut. Gerne wieder.
