Outstanding in all respects
Pros:

From my initial arrival, I was booked in by the duty receptionist Josh, who is a credit to the hotel. His manner was very polite and he took time to explain everything I needed to know, including local evening meal offers close by. I work for a very well established five star hotel in Cornwall and I have to say, that your hotel is very fortunate to have such good staff like Josh, who clearly takes alot of pride in his work!

The breakfast was well laid out and everything was as you would expect from a good class hotel. The hot food was well cooked, hot and very tasty, with plenty available. The female member of staff was very polite and obliging whilst ensuring that everything was taken care of quietly and efficiently.

This hotel was perhaps one of the best convenience hotel that I have stayed at and a very good example for others to follow

Excellent hotel in a central location
Pros:

First time stay in a Holiday Inn Express and was thoroughly impressed with all aspects of the hotel. Immaculately clean throughout with friendly, attentive and obliging staff. The twin bedroom exceeded expectation with internal phone, coffees and tea, iron and board, closet, ample electric points, spare towels and luxury toiletries. Large dual flow tiled shower area with ample space for toilet bags, shavers etc. Positioned in the main street with local restaurants and shops. Large playing fields and woodland walks within short distance of the hotel. Would positively stay again when next in the area.

Cons:

Narrow passageway to enter the car park from the street but easy rear exit to gain access to the surrounding area.
