Absolutely fantastic in all aspects - I would recommend this place to anyone who would like to stay
Pros:

Breakfast was superb with plenty of choices with helpful staff when required

Cons:

That we were unable to be available for the dinner in the evening but this was due to a family bereavement. We will be coming back later in the year so will get to try out the dinner choices then.

Our stay ran smoother than a smoothie made by Smoothie McSmoothFace.
Pros:

The location was excellent for our requirements. Very comfortable, staff that we encountered were top notch.

Cons:

The car parking was a little tight but it honestly wasn’t that much of an issue over all.

Pros:

Central location to town for lots of facilities and restaurants. The rooms were large and exceptionally clean. The staff were lovely, helpful and welcoming. Good breakfast. We recommend this place to stay with good free parking.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike.

Clean room, comfortable bed and very good breakfast. Would definitely stay again.
Pros:

Breakfast was fresh and tasty. Good coffee and plenty of choice for bread and cereal. Staff were super polite and helpful at breakfast time.

Cons:

Only 2 teabags in the room with 3 people staying, could have had at least 3! And only 3 small milk cartons. Again a few more would have been better.! There were no bin liners so I had to put teabag straight into bin which would make cleaning harder.

Outstanding in all respects
Pros:

From my initial arrival, I was booked in by the duty receptionist Josh, who is a credit to the hotel. His manner was very polite and he took time to explain everything I needed to know, including local evening meal offers close by. I work for a very well established five star hotel in Cornwall and I have to say, that your hotel is very fortunate to have such good staff like Josh, who clearly takes alot of pride in his work!

The breakfast was well laid out and everything was as you would expect from a good class hotel. The hot food was well cooked, hot and very tasty, with plenty available. The female member of staff was very polite and obliging whilst ensuring that everything was taken care of quietly and efficiently.

This hotel was perhaps one of the best convenience hotel that I have stayed at and a very good example for others to follow

Nothing, I was most impressed with everytrhing about the hotel
