Could have been excellent, it almost was.
Pros:

I would have given a higher note, but they had issues with the hot water system, which impacted the stay, cold showers are never all that pleasant. Other than that, this is a really lovely property, nice family business and super quiet rooms, well-appointed with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast is superb, unfortunately not served until 8:30 AM so I had to miss day 2 as I needed to be in a meeting at 9 AM at nearby IZTECH which is 20 minutes drive.

Pros:

Molo was great. Located in the heart of Urla, it was easy to get around to all the places. The staff was very accomodating and kind. The pastry served during breakfast is amazing!!

Clean, great location, and staff with good English skills.
Pros:

The breakfast did not offer a wide variety of choices, but the quality of the food was very good. The hotel has an excellent location right by the promenade and close to parking. Everything was very clean, and the staff were outstanding.

Cons:

The blanket was too thin. I understand this might be traditional in Turkey, but it would be nice to have an option for a thicker one.

Recommendable stay in Urla
Pros:

The Moto Urla is a very clean and lovely hotel in Urla. It is located very well with a few minutes walk to shops and restaurants. The beds were nice, the rooms are clean and beautiful and the bathrooms are good. Staff was really helpful and the breakfast was really good. I liked the feeling of the stay a lot.

Cons:

Sadly, there was humming coming from the fuses inside the room, which was very puzzeling for me (my husband didn't care), but we switched rooms because of that. Also, the breakfast was served only after 9pm, which was too late for me (i had to leave at 8am). so I could only attend it on one day. This was a bit sad, because the breakfast was really good. Maybe a breakfast package would be nice.
